Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I would give them a rating but I can’t even get enough service to rate them so I’m giving them a zero (it’s one star because I had to put something).I was super excited about this location opening on Warwick Boulevard across the street from Todd Stadium because it looks super clean and it is a good area. however, I tried to order on the mobile app, they and their online website and neither method would except my order. All method said that the store could not accept my order (after both methods confirmed that they delivered) and then it said I would have to place my order for a different time but didn’t give me the option. If I wanted it for a different time I wouldn’t be ordering it now (Not that I had the ability to enter a different time because it wouldn’t let me). I spent an hour trying to order Mostly because I really wanted crazy bread. With that given it’s not like I could just order pizza from somewhere else because they don’t have crazy bread. Furthermore it was a $60 order that you would figure they wanted. I called the store to tell them I was having an issue and the young lady that answered the phone told me that there was nothing she could do to help me so I just would not be able to order. Extremely helpful…NOT!!!!!Super disappointed and now it’s after 9 o’clock at night and I need to figure out how to feed my family. Unfortunately the website is set up in a way that you have to actually enter your address in order to place your order so it picks the store for you and I don’t have a way to order from a different store either. I have health issues and I can’t leave the house so it’s not like I can order it and go pick it up . Need to learn customer...

Soooo im having really mix feelings about this place.. Great price! I've visited a lot of little Caesars in the area.. But I've visited this one twice.. The first time i went shortly after 12 and the pizza was fresh.. The second time which was yesterday was after 5 and it wasn't fresh. This pizza have my entire family sick including myself.. I mean SICK from my 2 year old to my husband all experiencing the same symptoms (i wish not to name). We are a family of 4 so there's not much slices to go around.. Id say hey you get what you pay for but i won't because Pizza Hut and Dominos all carry 5 dollar specials none of which has ever gotten me and my family sick.. I (we) ONLY buy cheese pizza so no its not the topping. They need to do better ensuring that there's a time frame on already cooked pizza or better monitor their raw ingredients! Food is pretty much always fresh, (hot and ready). The staff are all polite well mannered and helpful. Most of all patient, their was an elderly man in front of me in line the last time I came in to pick up a pizza. He was clearly somewhat confused about his order, and seemed slightly overwhelmed. Cause by this time the line had grown to around 8 customers. He started to say nevermind and leave, not wanting to hold everyone up, I assume. The young man behind the counter politely pulled the gentleman aside while another employee stepped up to take my order. After I already told them to take their time with the gentleman who was first. I could wait the extra few minutes. I was glad to see young men showing an elderly man respect and patience. By not letting him get flustered and give up. I couldn't recommend this establishment more. It's obvious they take pride in their work as well as their interaction...
