I recently was at a local favorite spot. Next to this Papa John’s. My partner & I were trying to leave however we were blocked in by an 18 wheeler. My partner asked the driver to move so we can back out. He then said you need to wait 30 mins. My partner said that’s not going to work we need to leave. Can you please move the truck up? The driver got explicit! Said … no “N word” you can wait! The driver also threatened to beat him up! My parter said move the truck. As things escalated the “manager” came out & said it’s for us to block the space in to unload. You can wait! I then asked where the “do not park” signs” we’re. Manager rolled his eyes & walked in! Papa John’s I see why you are suffering in the pizza game: y’all are racist, homophobic, & just don’t care about your customers!

I then proceeded to call and they stated that they called and left a voicemail to let me know that they couldn’t deliver. I checked thoroughly and I didn’t receive any calls or texts or notifications. The man told me to come pick up the order in 10 minutes and that I would be refunded the delivery fee and tip that I paid and he stated that he had already refunded it but as of now, I have not been refunded. Read morePut in delivery notes needed change for a hundred as that's all I had. Delivery driver informed can't accept. I told them well it's all I have which is why it's in the notes. Driver says yeah... they told me to let you know we can't take it and they can't give me the food. So what was the point of 1) making the order and 2) sending someone to tell me they can't give me the order cause they don't take a hundred. It's fine I didn't get the order since I didn't pay for it even though the money was literally in my hand lol, but to send someone to the front door to tell me we can't accept the hundred?
