One star, nothing good about my order. This was a pizza delivery. The order was right, but finally getting here an hour later it was cold. The box was cold, and the outside was cold, the dead center, a little luke warm.
I called 10 minutes earlier (50 minutes after order) asking if my order was still on the way. Also asked if it would be fresh and hot. I got a bs answer of "absolutely". Even asked the driver "is it hot?" he said yes, very.
ITS COLD. I opened it before he got to his car, and told him "its hardly luke warm". He looked at the receipt like it would do anything. I had tipped the guy $4.
What a mistake. I think they made the pizza when I called, and it sat around until they could deliver it. It was soggy under it, had no ability to hold its form, and cold.
Now I remember why we don't order from them anymore. I really did not want Domino's but at least theirs his hot almost all the time.
BAD BAD guys. Maybe a pickup (since it takes 15 min to make as the guy said) would be the best bet. I won't go back and will make sure people know I was unhappy with their pizza.
Maybe if the manager checks these reviews, he will make an effort to resolve this by sending us a free pie another time. We'll see. Don't order your...
Read moreThe food is fantastic; having grown up on Italian food in NJ.
My issue is with one of the managers.
There is nothing better than fantastic Italian food accompanied with good red wine.
I came in on a federal holiday (Monday) and was surprised at the fact the bar was packed at lunchtime.
Regardless…. I ordered my food, but also wanted some great red wine.
My server recognized me, and understood when I asked how long the bottle of red that I wanted was open.
Within a few minutes… someone (who was clearly the front of the house manager); yelled out loud “Am I giving this away?” Because I wanted a sample.
My server tried to talk her down, and in the meantime, the daytime drunks sitting at the bar chimed in about free samples.
You need to figure out how you want to sell wine.
Don’t you dare expect a guest to pay a chunk of change for vinegar (wine opened for more than 6 hours)…especially when you carry a decent wine list.
Give your guests some credit. And please… don’t embarrass us when we ask for a taste of an...
Read more1st of all as for as the one star goes, I would give this place a -3 stars, but I don't have that option. The waiter absolutely had no clue about anything on the menu. There were 4 of us, and we started with a cup of chicken noodle soup. The soup was about 1/2 of a small can, and it came directly from the can, it was not as good as Campbell's chicken noodle soup . We all ordered sweet tea, which turned out to be light brown water with very little sugar. This tea was not sweet at all. The lasagna was horrible, the Alfredo fettucini with chicken, was not done, and the noodles were not cooked . The vegetables on my friend's plate were completely raw. They brought a small piece of bread that was about 3 to 4" long It was cut in about 6 to 7 pieces for 4 grown men . We each paid about $30 for the meal. This was the worse meal that we have ever paid for. We could have gone to a fast food restaurant and gotten a much better meal. My recommendation is to never ever ever go...
