Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

The only reason why it's getting three stars is because the pizza is actually delicious, however there service isn't so great. I've ordered here more than once, but the last few times haven't been good. First I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza, and I asked if it only came with the onions, sauce and chicken. They said yes. When it was delivered there was bacon on it...they did offer a refund so that's a good thing, this was yesterday. Now today, I've ordered pizza again (because truthfully it's really good) and it's been over an hour and when I called to find out where my pizza was, they went to the wrong address. The only reason why I'm even writing this as a review is because it's not the first time I've had them go to a wrong address. I would recommend this pizza place, however I'm realizing it might be best to just pick up instead of deliver because it's been 1 1/2 hours since I ordered the pizza and it's STILL not here 😩

Update * I've called to find out where my pizza is, they said 3 minutes away, AFTER it was already 25 minutes later than they said it would be...it's not been 13 minutes since they said it was finally only 3 minutes away. And it's STILL not here. Never been so upset. And all they could tell me is I'm sorry it's 3 minutes away...and it's no where near me SMH. Horrible customer service

new update. Pizza finally arrived...after almost a full 2 hours, however a female answered the phone when I called for the 5th time to see where it was...and she was beyond polite and made it better. They did offer it for free (it was only 4$ cuz of the previous mistake they made) so we decided to give the driver the tip since he's been driving around this whole time and then had to walk up our flights of stairs. Still love there pizza, still upset it...

Marcos pizza is hands down my favorite pizza... nothing else comes close. The ingredients are Soo fresh, and the toppings a big and plentiful! I've tried everything there and it didn't matter what I ordered, it was always amazing, meaning they always consistent and actually care about the food they make and serve...The Midlothian location next to Publix is amazing. The customer service is top notch!! Doesn't matter who I deal with, all the employees are amazing!! They always have great coupons and the pricing is more than fair. I highly recommend them!! I drive about 40mins from western Powhatan. I wish we could get a location out there!! The only thing I would want changed which isn't any of their locations fault is the app...it cheaply done but I'll go on Google play to address that. You won't be disappointed! I don't get pizza from anywhere else!! Edit: This pizza to me isn't good the next day in the microwave, but you know why? Because their ingredients don't have a bunch of preservatives in them, and that's a good thing! Just plan on finishing the same day/night. Go elsewhere if you need microwavable pizza...

I placed an online order for delivery around 8:30pm. The tracking page for my order clearly stated my order number and which stage in the delivery process my pizza was in. It told me around 9:00pm that it was on the way being delivered by Johnny and was expected to arrive at 9:50pm. 9:50 came and went with no delivery, so I checked the tracking page again. Suddenly the tracker was saying that my pizza had not yet even been made (despite already saying it had been?) and wouldn’t be made until 11:15pm, delivered by 11:45! Annoyed and hungry, I called the store and was told that there was no order in the system matching my name and order number. So then where did it disappear to? After being told that it would not be possible for them to make another pizza until 11:15 (why?? this is a pizza place that operates until midnight!), I told them to just forget it and was left empty-handed, empty-stomached, confused, and very irritated. This kept me up way past when I needed to be in bed for my early work start in the morning. Super unimpressed and...
