Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Virginia

1. Man taking my order (seemed to be a shift lead or manager based on how he talked to workers) was rude and kept asking me if I wanted a job several tiems even after saying no mutliple times. 2) the restaurant is overly loud casing problems for elderly or people with hearing problems. I have very slight hearing issues but the sound near the registers made it difficult to place my order. 3) Waiting at the register for your order is stupid. Make a dedicated to go waiting area and give people table tents for eat in orders. Don't make them hold up the line and sit there. Get people moving as fast as possible. I understand part of it is because there's a door sepwrating the work area, so workers would steuggle to walk in and out of the work area. Potentially make it a push door they can open while holding trays. It would be such an improvement to the current system; the register is a huge bottleneck for your...

Once again, sadly, an order was placed via mobile and once again it was incorrect. Is this the whole 'Fool me Twice' scenario? 🤔. Spoke with Tony who apologized and added me to the book to receive the 2 Strawberry Creme Pies left out of this family order on the "next" order and will speak to the person who did my order. What makes this worse is that the bags are sealed, supposedly, after confirming an order. Take Away- Do Not Trust that Anyone is confirming an order (aside from the one bagging) and ALWAYS look BEFORE leaving the store.

2nd Popeyes in the area. No chicken for order. Why on a Friday night in 2 different shopping centers can you not get freaking spicy chicken. Especially from an establishment that boasts Louisiana spicy chicken. It's fast food. It's supposed to be convenient. It isn't like we ordered anything special order. We attempted to order dinner rom this and previous location, and first words from the emplo6"we are out of spicy chicken/there is a wait for the chicken." Are there no people and/or AI systems that can not help and/or teach them to prepare food and project sales for an evening. Again its Friday night between 5:30 - 6 .m.
