So sad how the Latino restaurants treat their customers. This a perfect example why American consumers don’t eat at this places even if the food is good. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, her attention is probably on her cellphone , I spoke to her in Spanish and she asked the same question like 5 times. I asked her how much is it for my total bill , her answer was around $30...alright how about an exactly number? Like is $29.75? Or $30.10? Around 30 bucks is not an answer. The food from this place is just ok, but the service sucks and if they want to grow they either get some training for customer service or they keep doing this to the Latino community which it seems to accept the bad customer service . I’m the only one who speaks Spanish from my work and the only one who can place order in a place like this, I want to say I can take my coworkers to eat somewhere else and avoid this sour moment with this restaurant . This is a place where I will never spend my...
Read moreI was at Haley's laundromat and I saw this place called Mary's restaurant right next to the laundromat so I gave it a try. I ordered the steak and cheese with fries and I added a side of the chicken tamale. I also added a couple pepsis. The food was excellent. The chicken tamale was made with a chicken wing and he left the bone in to add more flavor. The tamale was very moist and very delicious just a tad of spice but very tasty. The Steak and Cheese Sandwich was really good too. The sandwich had a toasted sub roll with steak cheese lettuce tomato and light mayonnaise perfectly made and that was a companied by crispy fries. Overall the meal was excellent. As I was waiting for my laundry to complete next door I was able to have a good meal at Mary's restaurant located at Fairfax circle next to Hailey's Laundromat and Citco...
Read moreWent here on a Wednesday evening (around 7pm) and ordered two meals for around ($17 rip off). The order took longer than most Peruvian chicken places around here. The chickens that were served were clearly in the Rotisserie ALL DAY so the chicken turned out DRY and undesirable. The salad was mostly very lightly colored Iceberg lettuce and a few shredded carrots. All in all not worth the price. I live in Oakton, and I would much rather make the drive to Super Chicken in Tysons. Light years ahead of Marys...
