McDonald's in Martinsville I was really pleased to see they were wearing gloves and mask Steel it shows that they care about their customers and the food was okay I was not afraid to eat it unlike the one in Rocky Mount couple of weeks ago went to the one in Rocky Mount they had a young boy running around outside collecting the money no gloves no mask got up to the window the person giving you your food had on no gloves no mask and I can see the others working in there no gloves no mask thank God I only got a milkshake if I had gotten food I would have refused it pulled over to the side took a tissue and sanitizer and cleaned my cup on outside would be afraid to eat there because employees are not taking precautions disappointed in that one the one in Bassett is still taking precautions as well I would go there I don't understand if it's the same branch why aren't all of them still taking precautions if the owners read this post I would like an email explaining why some are doing what they're supposed to and...

Would go down another star but trying to be considerate of the construction and recent setbacks with Covid 19. Many menus are limited , coffee and latte do not always have a variety anymore. Speakers seem to pick up feedback from poorly operating speaker systems. Napkins and condiments don't always show up unless you ask . I see a solution and it appears to be the way it's heading for future ordering however it will not be without another comolete overhaul of the entire restaurant and the technology used. Sad we couldn't have had a simple - similiar solution to ride it out until the completely new store reveals how it operates. I could have used more money and sure others coukd too . Why keep doing something over and over just to just ReDo it once again and call it the Finale. Poor design and strategy methods unless you just have to be redundant and spend money that you obviously can't give to workers across the board as a raise.
