Most recent review: July 7, 2024. Roll up to the drive thru for a biscuit and small coffee, time was 10:54 AM 1 car in front of me, some snowflake ordering multiple orders. By the time i pulled up to order it was 11:01 AM. Airhead on the other end said breakfast ended at 11:00. I explained that basement boy in front of me took 7 minutes To order. She was clueless and said they couldn’t give me a biscuit and coffee. This place is horrid for their service.
Most recent visit. This is my Hancock McDonald’s blog. Absolutely atrocious service. Went to the Drive thru on fathers day. 9:45 PM, website says closes at 11:00 PM. When i finally got to the order microphone it was 10:16. Waited approximately another 5 minutes for some human like species to tell me they were closed because of Father’s Day.
My problem is not with the food, it’s with the service. They’ve never gotten my orders right and the attitude of the younger crew members is atrocious. Kid messed up my order, had to go back to the counter. He messed it up again and took 20 minutes to get my biscuit to me. Yes, 1 biscuit, not 30, not 1 biscuit and coffee plus a hash brown. 1 biscuit mind you . It took 20 minutes while 3 young McDonalds females jaw jacked in the lobby. Don’t expect stellar service because you won’t get it.
Can’t review again so I’m adding onto previous rating. Order was simple. Small coffee, sausage and pancakes, small water and biscuit. Waited 22 minutes for dine in. At minute 23 I approached register and asked where my order was. After another 5 minutes i was informed my order must have been given to someone else. I asked for a refund and the manager seemed irritated. This place will always suck when it comes to service so if you have time then the long wait and slow response time won’t bother you.
Entry number 3. This franchise owner will never care. Once again it’s with the service. Ordered 1 happy meal and a fish sandwich. Kid at window hands me someone else’s huge order. When I pointed out the error the employee closed the window and walked to the back for 2 minutes. He then asked if I had my receipt which I wasn’t given because I opted not to receive one. Had to pull up to the “got the order wrong” window and wait another 10 minutes, food came but no drinks, 5 minutes later drinks came. I should have gone to Chik Fil A. Managers and...
Read moreDowngraded from the review a year ago. They renovated the interior and it is MUCH WORSE now! You now can only order off the kiosk inside. I did and as I write this, I have been waiting 15 minutes for my food and as Google indicates, they are "not too busy." Their renovation took away the fountain drinks so you must now try to track someone down for a refill. Good luck with that. If you are in a hurry, do NOT stop at this McDonald's. And after another 5 minutes, I just got my food. They gave me no fries so I had to go back to the counter. It wasn't until I literally stepped behind the counter that someone acknowledged me. I was handed my fries and could finally eat...everything....literally everything was cold. I did see the manager in the back laughing it up with the employees. This place is poorly managed and ridiculous!
This McDonald's is about average of others. The lines aren't bad and the employees are nice. It does take a while to get your food. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Like many places, the prices are not warranted by the quality and portion of food. I got a bacon, egg and cheese bagel meal (sandwich, hash brown and the tiniest drink you've ever seen) for almost $10 after tax. I get bidenflation, but it just is no longer worth the money. Read moreThis was by far, the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's in my entire life. We pulled into the window around 12:30. We waited to be greeted for multiple minutes after saying excuse me, only to be told someone would be with us shortly (this is after the inside has been closed, so no one was inside) after a few minutes of no one coming to the window, we said excuse me again. Again, no one came to the intercom, we waited for a few more minutes, only to be told someone would help us shortly. This entire back and forth lasted over 8 minutes.... 8 minutes in drive thru, while the inside was closed. After finally ordering and not being told what window to drive to, we pulled up to the first window to be met by a man in a blue hoodie picking his nose...we then decided to drive to the second window to be met with a rude man who kept saying he didn't have any sauces left that had a beard and long hair. After asking for different sauces he finally decided to give us the sauce we originally asked for. This has been a horrendous experience and I implore everyone wanting McDonald's to go...
