I ordered on January 13th, 2025 at roughly 6:15pm. I used the mobile app, as I typically do. With the exception of the chicken nuggets, all other food items were not correct. I even put the modifications to the items in on and app and double checked that the incorrect items were not because i put them in wrong. I submitted my complaint about the order through the app, being specific as to exactly what items were wrong and how. I was hoping for a quick resolution, which I did not get. The customer service rep that I was in contact with (Mary) was not helpful. At first I had high hopes of a resolution due to the quick response I received. I then explained that this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this specific location, though convenient to my home, has repeatedly messed up my order. She requested my information to forward to the general manager of the restaurant at which time I specifically stated I am not typically available via phone due to my work schedule. She claimed after a week of no contact and me reaching back out that the GM had tried to contact me. I told her I had received no communication from her until after that point in which I received one phone call during which time I could not step away to answer. I remained in contact via email with Mary and at which time requested a refund on the order as we were approaching two weeks of no resolution on the matter. She offered me a “be our guest” card as an equivalent to a refund. I asked if the gift card was only valid for that specific location and my question was ignored. She then stated that the GM had attempted to call again and again, I was working and couldn’t answer the phone. At this point I am adamant on a refund as there “solution” wasn’t going to work for me since I asked what locations it was valid and was ignored. This is by far the worst location I have ever visited and will not be returning there, ever. Any other location I have gone to has been pleasant and I will go to those locations when I get McDonald’s. Read moreI have mixed feelings about this McDonald's. If you've ever read any of my reviews, you'll know I try to be as positive as possible. However, it's so weird how some of their staff is so nice and accommodating while others are short tempered and unwelcoming. It's a hit or miss situation. Food is good, they rarely get my order wrong. I wouldn't say "oh don't go here" but it also wouldn't be my first recommendation if that makes sense.
UPDATE: a year later and the staff seems to have gotten worse. I ordered 40 nuggets, a Happy meal, and a 2 cheeseburger meal in the drive through. When I got the to window I received my food and when they only handed me the happy meal and one bag, I asked "oh is that everything?" And the girl working at the window said yes. I had a hunch that they may have forgotten something so I pulled into a parking space to check. I noticed that the two cheeseburgers were missing but everything else was there. I pulled back into the drive through and politely explained that my cheeseburgers were missing. I fully understood that mistakes happen and all I needed was the cheeseburgers that I had paid for. I got up to the last window and patiently explained myself again but the girl gave me a whole lot of attitude. She asked for my receipt and I replied "sure of course hun" and she brought it to her manager who had even more attitude. I didn't hear what she said but I saw her mouth "oh my God" while throwing a single cheeseburger in a bag. The first girl gave it to me and I asked "is that both of them?" And she said yes. I held out my receipt again and as I was quite frustrated at this point said "it's a number seven. It's a TWO cheeseburger meal." She brought my receipt back to her manager once again and they both stares daggers at me and rolled their eyes. Read moreThis is the second Saturday I have been here in a month period. The first was 9/22/2018 and today 10/13/2018. This is also the second Saturday where service has been sub-par. Both times I ordered from the kiosk which was not difficult, only this Saturday I had to pay at the counter anyway....which means waiting for an available cashier. So what's the difference. This time they were also out of most of the self serve cups when you order from a kiosk. Both times I was with my friend and her 2 kids. Last time I ordered a McChicken and it came on a biscuit instead with no lettuce or Mayo. They were quick to fix it with no poblems. This time all four of us had something wrong with our orders. I ordered a Bacon McDouble with no onions and no pickles. While it was wrapped like it was a special order, it was not. Again, they were quick to fix it. My friend ordered cheeseburger Happy meals with ketchup only for both of her kids. Both had hamburgers everything on them. Once that was fixed, she checked her own double cheeseburger to find they had used sausage patties instead. From ordering food to actually receiving food was over a half hour wait each time. Fast food really isn't fast anymore. I will say there was one young man working in the lobby who was pleasant and responded quickly and well to issues. When I asked, he quickly restocked the cups. He was also the young man I took my burger issue to and he brought the replacement burger to my table. He also stopped again at the table to make sure things were well. I wish I would have gotten his name to give him props here.
McDonald's please take note....if you are going double the drive thru lanes and add in 4 ordering kiosks as well as keep 2-3 cashier's going, please make sure your cooks and expediters are a well oiled machine.
