It is one of the worst Mcdonald's locations for late-night orders. From my multiple encounters with the place, I realized that no one cares since the issue still exists, and the employee argues instead of fixing the problem.
I had numerous problems with the store, and I avoided writing the review first, but the staff didn't care and openly told me to go ahead and do not care if I complained about it. It's so bad that when you want to speak to the manager, the manager hides in the kitchen and sends someones out with one sentence at a time.
The management changes the dinner menu time at their discretion. One can place the order half an hour in advance, drive there, and they will tell you that their computer does not show anything and you should cancel your order. Another good one is that the COMPUTER ITSELF turns from the dinner menu to the breakfast menu as early as 3:00 am, where Mcdonald's official hours are 4:00 am for breakfast. They will not cancel the order themselves from their system, and you will only find out after driving there for half an hour or whatever distance you have. It's a repeated thing, or I wouldn't be so confident. They pull this off every other day, and the owner needs to understand how much frustration it causes customers while other Mcdonald's in the area have much better service.
In one confrontation, when they gave me an excuse that there is no order in the system, and I figured out that they were doing something else, they told me to wait for 15 minutes since I caught them in the lie. It is absurd how the management does not care how far customers have traveled expecting regular food at regular posted hours; however, this location does not operate with the hours posted on the door or online.
Always call in and make sure that they have your order. Of course, it is a high probability that the staff won't pick up the phone either, but that would be another sign that a Frisby is waiting for you at the store.

I had a recent experience where I created a mobile order. When I got to the platform to speak with the representative, she constantly reiterated that they were only taking Cash. And even when she asked, was that OK and I said yes, she kept repeating it as though she wanted me to leave so she did not have to work. When I got to the window with cash, she again reiterated that they were only taken cash. She took my cash and was gone for 2 to 3 minutes, and then she came back and said that she did not have enough cash to change my $20 bill so they couldn’t help me. Read moreI usually do not have any issues with service at this site, except tonight. I ordered a Big Mac with Bacon. I was charged $6.00 because the fellow said it had extra bacon. No problem I thought. I paid, chatted with the window person about all you can eat buffets, and where they are located and picked up my order and went into work. So hungry and ready for this Big Mac with my extra bacon. Well, my first thought was " where's the bacon??" Good sandwich, but I paid for a delicious sandwich with extra bacon, not an ordinary big mac.. and no cheese either... pretty disappointed, but will stress upon them next time that I do want what I pay for...
