I have to say thank you so much to Shau , who work in Old town super Target , Shau gave me a big help . I am really really appreciate that . I bought a kitchenAid stand mixer on 28th , Nov, 2019 , First time I used it on 24, Dec , I wanted to make a cake . Later I found out the lock is problem , unlock is fine , but when I lower the motor head down . Could not slide the locking level . And also one of the Pouring shield is missing in the box . I sent Email to KitchenAid, waiting a week no one reply . I thought it might for hoilday , 2rd Jan, 2020, I sent email to KitchenAid again . Still no one reply. I tried Live Chat many time . Wait and wait and wait .. . No one answer and chat room auto End of the conversation, I called them . Waiting time 40min . Left my contact number . Still no one reply. I donât know what to do . So I brought the stand mixer to Target . Wanted to replace the new one . Target is not accept return without the box . Unfortunately I made a mistake thrown the box , because I just moved to US only 2 months and to the new home , too many stuff in my my home in that moment . And I also thought KitchenAid appliances is very good quality. I didnât think it would broken or anything problem. That why target reject I return it nor replace. Shau tried his best to help me . He called KitchenAid behalf on me . Estimate Waiting time 38 min on the phone . I would have give up to wait . But He waited and very good patience , KitchenAid finally answered the phone call. Now problem have been solved , KitchenAid said will send me confirmation to replace the new one . But now still waiting the confirmation email again . If no Shau helped me . I think I would have given up . Of cause I donât want to . Hand mixer is not cheap đ I couldnât say thank you enough to Shau .    Read moreThe worst experience I have had at a Target. I will never shop at this store again and if this doesnât get resolved Target will surely lose a customer. I brought in an item that I needed in a bigger size. I scanned it in the store myself and it brought up the correct item but magically when it got scanned by the customer service rep it changed the color of the item. I didnât notice it until I got the confirmation email showing the exchange and realized the color was wrong. So I called the Target customer service line. I was told I had to go back to the store to fix it. I felt like that wasnât the best option seeing as the store is 30 mins from my house and driving back to fix a mistake that wasnât my own was incredibly inconvenient. So I called the storeâs customer service line and they told me the only way to fix the problem was to drive back to the store. I begrudgingly drove back to the store and when I get there the person that made the mistake offered me no apology, instead he was trying to show his manager why it wasnât his fault. Then whose fault was it? He never apologized. The manager tried to help and gave me a $10 gift card since he didnât have any coupons to give me for the inconvenience, but told me that I would (get this) need to go ONLINE to fix the problem since the order was made on Target.com. So I call customer service AGAIN and they canât do anything because the order is already in transit. So why did I need to drive back to the store if essentially NO ONE could help? Hours of my time wasted and I still am not getting the item I originally wanted. Iâm not sure I even want the item anymore or the gift card to be honest.    Read moreThis target has the most friendly and knowledgeable staff ever. I have been going to this target since it opened about 13 yrs ago. Unlike other stores everywhere, the quality of their services and the cleanliness of the store only got better over time. Today I just happen to bump into a dept lead assisting a customer expressing strong concerns over price tags on certain items. She was very patient, understanding, and friendly throughout the entire conversation and made sure the customer got adjustment for the differences. Furthermore she pledged she would make sure she would improve and address the customerâs concerns. I just loved that how sincere she was in discussing the matter that could have quickly turned into a very unpleasant shopping experience for everyone involved.
