08/29/24 Taco Bell lost Internet due to storm, awesome staff still doing orders from the counter and limited each portion of the order to less than $25 so it would go through. Thank you for being awesome even under difficult circumstances and still making my favorite veggie grilled bean burritos. So happy with this Taco Bell.

05/09/24 We’re back, the new toasted bean burrito is the exactly the same as the veggie fiesta burrito and has more options to pick, and toasted. Awesome! Still the best Taco Bell in Virginia.

03/2024 Bye Taco Bell, you took the veggie burrito so I switched to Burger King across the street. People there are awesome but not longer able to eat there because the rice bean burrito has no taste and is just a bowl of high glycemic carbs.

Tonight at 8:50 I went through the drive through to get a Quesarito.. apparently this location only does those from mobile orders, so be it. I pulled around and placed my order. I went in the restaurant area to wait for my food, where I was not acknowledged for about 10 minutes, at which point a worker came over to ask what I was waiting on. I told him the name for the mobile order, he walked away, looked at a screen, and then continued doing other things. Another 5 minutes later, another employee asked if I was waiting on a mobile order. I again gave the name, at which point I was notified it had been put under the name on the card, not the mobile account. I finally walked out with my food at 9:22. Essentially, after 30 minutes of pointless waiting I returned home to find that they had in fact not included the quesarito, and the combo that is usually boxed was placed in a bag meaning chips and cheese got on everything. I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at the Taco Bell on Nokesville Road in Manassas. My family and I placed a mobile order, expecting it to be quicker and more convenient — instead, we waited over an hour for our food. When I politely asked about the delay, one of the employees responded incredibly rudely, saying: “Why don’t you come work instead of me? I’ll give you gloves and you do the work for me.”

This response was not only unprofessional, it was completely unacceptable. On top of that, their behavior toward us felt blatantly racist and discriminatory — especially toward my sister, who was wearing a hijab. We were treated with disrespect from the moment we stepped inside.

This kind of service is disgusting and disappointing. Taco Bell needs to seriously look into the staff and management at this location. No customer should ever be...
