Mimmo's Italian Restaurant & Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I would never recommend this place. I have ordered from them many times and I have never been more disappointed. I have ordered from them weekly even and they are very rude, their food takes forever to get here and half the time it's cold or soggy when I order the subs. When you give them specific Instructions on how you like your food, it never gets done that way. And now they have stolen money from me. Tonight I decided to order two drinks with my meal for my fiance and I. One Coke without ice and a lemonade with ice. The woman that brought me the food had a tin foil wrap over the top of my drink and we never got the coke. When I called the store to ask for them to bring it back out they said that they only have one driver and that's not their problem. No ", I'm sorry it's not my problem, that you guys only have one driver." It's very poor customer service, they clearly do not know how to talk to people. I ordered something and I didn't get it. Then he told me I had to wait till tomorrow to get a refund for the drink because they said they wouldn't bring the drink out tonight or tomorrow. How do I know they would even bring the money back to me? Then he decided to tell me that I had to come up to the store to get my money when I placed a delivery. On top of all that, the drivers they send out to you never speak good English. I cannot believe I was told that I could not have my money back for something that I ordered and never got. What set me over the edge when the guy hung up in my face when I asked to speak to his manager. I will never order from...

Very disappointed with this restaurant. Food was not very good, the owner is only into making money. I should have read other reviews before choose this restaurant. I have ordered the Seafood Platter, it came in a regular dinner plate and half of the plate was filled with lettuce, tomato, and French Fries. Either the oil was too old or they have over fried the seafood, everything was dark and dried. The New England Clam Chowder was the worst that I ever had, it was so watery and there was barely any solid in the soup. It was like drinking a cup of Half and Half. Caprese salad was filled with lettuce and croutons. They charged me $1 for the extra dressing that I asked for. My mother in-law ordered a pasta dish and she said it had no flavor. Boom Boom Shrimp was very good, but only came with six pieces of shrimp and filled with shredded lettuce and diced tomato. We were charged $3.50 for paying the bill with credit card. When I stated that I wasn’t informed about the extra charge, the owner told me it was posted by the front entrance. It was off to the right of the door in small font, I never say it. The other sign was posted by the register. I would never see it since the waitress brought us the bill and took our credit card. The credit card merchant fee should be part of the restaurant’a operating cost, the customers should not be paying for it. Our waitress Anna was very friendly and...

Normally these guys are on top of things. Food comes no more than 45 mins after placing order, tastes great, etc. However we placed an order at 9pm online on MONDAY night, an hour later it still wasnt there. When i called and asked if it was on the way - they said yes. We live 3 minutes down the road, literally - even google maps shows 3 minutes. 20 minutes later still no food. It's 10pm by this point and they are closed. At 10:15 i pick up the phone to cancel and she pulls up (and bangs on the front door when i specifically, in caps wrote BACK DOOR ONLY due to a sick, sleeping baby). So what they did was wait until they were finished their closing duties, lock up and then deliver my food on their way home (my best guess.. see no other reason for an hour and 15 min wait on a monday night...) OF COURSE, my food was COLD. PLUS this is the second time the lady asked for more money than the total. My total was 30.41 with delivery fee, taxes, everything. She tells us it's $34 dollars..... (i could understand a simple mistake in the dark but this is now the second time & i didnt give it to her)

long story short - i don't know if there is a management change or they fired some delivery employees, but i WILL NOT order from here again until they get their stuff...
