I came past this establishment at exactly 1:50 pm. The receptionist a young girl barely spoke. When giving her my info to pick up a order placed a bag in front of me and answered the phone. Already con number 1. I decided to let the manager know about this small but unprofessional service I was given in 5 seconds. Moving forward, I called to speak to a manager. No one should hand you food that is ONE NOT IN YOUR HAND, and two with no verbal communication after. I could have picked up anyone food and left. Her manager was just as terrible. I asked for his name he stated he would give me his name after hearing the matter, already unprofessional. Secondly, while explaining he stopped me twice to give me his comments without hearing me fully. Smh! So unprofessional. After, without hearing me he stated it seems like your having a bad day and taking it out on us. I have never in my 30 years of life been told by customer service that it s my fault for the service I received. And the service was very small. Pathetic. And people honestly think they can get away with anything and you can’t. And to be honest, if I was having a bad day that was his golden moment to change that instead of justifying his front desk behavior. My job would have fired Ed the moment she showed that she can’t multi task. Also, if you have a customer in front of you do you answer the phone without telling the customer in front to hold , or placing the call on hold or do you answer the phone and began talking without providing any warning to the customer in front of you. Literally, lack of customer service will make a...

I came in craving a good koobideh and left with regret and heartburn — and not from the food. The guy at the counter looked at me like I owed him money, barely grunted a greeting, and when I asked for a recommendation, he pointed at the menu without saying a word. I guess customer service isn’t part of the spice mix here.
Waited 25 minutes for a plate of rice and attitude. No water offered, no napkins, and when I asked for torshi, they rolled their eyes like I’d asked for caviar. The kebab was dry, the rice was cold, and the tomato looked like it lost the will to live. I politely asked if they could warm up the food, and the waiter sighed and muttered something under his breath in Farsi — I understood it, by the way. Rude.
Music was blaring like a wedding, but the vibe was more funeral. Zero warmth, zero welcome, and definitely not coming back.
Go if you want to be ignored and overcharged for a mediocre plate. If you’re looking for Persian hospitality, look somewhere else — this place left a bad taste in more...
Read moreMy parents and I are visiting from out of town and absolutely loved this place! My parents were both born in Iran and we make and eat kabob at home very often. This place stays so true to so much of persian culture, and is super affordable. We got free tahdig, extra bread, packaged mohst eh kheyar, plastic wrapped sweet onion, and sumac. All of these things we eat often with almost all of our meals. The kabob itself was delicious and juicy. We got the kubideh and Moby’s Gyro Sandwich, and both were phenomenal. The bread was delicious and according to my native Iranian mom, it was made with similar techniques to authentic Persian bread. The bottled doogh is the brand we drink at home with a custom “Moby Dick” logo on it. All in all, it was $31.86 and it fed 3 very...
