Loyalty and Tips mean nothing at this location. Staff is apathetic, service is extremely variable. You are not welcomed at this Moe's.
We’ve been loyal customers of this Moe’s, eating here 2–4 times a month for years. They know our faces. I even tip regularly — which is generous, considering there’s no table service.
At times service is great, like we're family. Other times, its just bad. The worst part is whenever there is some sort of deal going on, the staff are completely unwilling to deal with it.
Recently we tried to get the BFF Bogo deal, despite the sign being in front of the ordering station, and asking about it at ordering time, the deal was nowhere to be found until we offered to let them keep the food as we walked out, then magically the Bogo deal was found and showed up as such on the receipt. Petty maybe but but was the straw that broke the camels back.
And really Moe's quality in general has really gone downhill. The meat quality is barely one notch above Taco Bell. The steak is super gristly, the chicken rubbery and the taco meat tastes like its been sitting on a crockpot, for a week, its like catfood+taco seasoning. The cheese is also really low grade and the new salsas are much lower quality.
None of this is unique in my review, check plenty of others, consistently similar.

Read moreI have been going to this Moe's location for more than 10 years and we had very close friends that were the neighbors of the Moe's owners. Ever since they sold their business the restaurant has changed and not in a good way. In the past 15 months I have noticed a decrease in customer service and the food. Every time I walk in the employees all grumble welcome to Moe's, when I order my food the lady looks at me like she want's me to get out of the restaurant. I also have noticed that when you order they only put about 9 single chips in your container which is not the basket of chips that is promised on the Moe's website. The chicken is burnt and I find pieces of steak on my orders when I did not order steak. This Moe's needs to be visited by corporate or do something like the Undercover Boss Moe's Episode on January 22, 2013. Read moreI normally love going to Moe's because the food was great and Moe Monday is a pretty good deal, but today on January 2, 2023 at 7:30pm they ran out of guac, which I let pass. But come to find out they ran out of sweet tea, I told someone about it, expecting that they will make a fresh batch, but they flatly told me no they won't make one. I find this utterly unacceptable. It is not closing time and all it takes is a few minutes to make. The chips and salsa had an odd, almost chemical-like aftertaste. I know there are additives, but it was more noticable today.
Also not directed at this store in particular, but Moe Monday now requires the app to get the discount which I find profoundly unnecessary. To add insult to injury, the app requires a login (needed to collect and sell data, according to the terms of service), and for some reason was a pain to register and log in.
