We ordered two bowls for takeout around 7:15 pm following a long work day and a trip to the gym. We ordered via the Moe's website when we started cooling down at the gym. Tipped 28%. We went to the restaurant, got our order on time, and drove all the way home only to find that instead of double protein on both bowls, there was none! I tried calling the restaurant and the gentleman pretended to have extremely broken English (to get me to just hang up and go away). I say pretended because I ended up having to to drive all the way back to the restaurant... Wasting my time AND my gas! I showed them the receipt and the incorrect order and they immediately fixed it, but the guy automatically became really fluent all of a sudden and just tried to throw chips and queso at me to get me to be quiet. I ended up not getting to bed that night until 11pm. I get up at 4 for work so this was a huge waste of my time on a very tight schedule which is what annoyed me the most.. you can't get your time back.

I explained I ordered delivery on the app. They said the ticket says somebody will pick it up. I said yes itās someone you guys call for door dash. It has swiftly become one of my favorite items to eat. I say that because I'm always on the go and it is a different go to food than a burrito, but it holds more food. This picture is a stock photo because mine was gone. Moe's offers a variety of options to create your stack. They can make them pretty filling that's usually the only thing you need but you have the option to have free chips as well. Also what I like is the online ordering option. In this time of pandemic online ordering has become my thing. Please try the stack customize to your taste. Also, they have good customer service. I'm very big on customer service.
