Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Virginia

As I walked in the establishment Terrial was assisting customers and and promptly taking their food to their tables. While looked at the menu after he looked to be free (because he is a very active worker, definitely does not sit idle, he ensures everyone in the store is okay, I thought he was a manager!) I asked him about the pesto cavatappi and the protein choices. He responded with such knowledge you would think he worked at the location where the meat and noodles were originally obtained! He definitely represents Noodles & Company well and looking at the customers he was interacting with, he seems to be an employee everyone enjoys talking to and being assisted by. Thanks for your help Terrial, I hope Noodles & Company recognizes your worth, no matter where you are, your work ethic confirms you are a successful brand all...

This place is local to me so I've eaten here a lot, when it first opened it was amazing, it was cheap, everything was fresh, soba noodles were done right and they had literally one of the best spaghetti/meatballs I've ever had... (and I'm Italian so I've had a lot) recently though it's gone way off the rails. Noodles are all stuck together, nothing tastes very fresh at all and always either way too much or way too little sauce... It just overall doesn't feel like the same effort is put in that used to be. I keep going back though, every once in a while and hoping for the best but am always disappointed... notice whenever I do go in there that I don't ever recognize any of the staff from the last time, most likely a high turnover rate so maybe that's it. If the people that wear grey shirts are the managers then I’d be ashamed if I was the store owner. I’ve been to this location multiple times and every time I come here I have to wait for them to send out their text or whatever it is they are doing on their phone. I wish there was another store closer so I wouldn’t have to come back here because I love the food. But I think I’m going to be will to go an extra couple of miles so I don’t spend my money at this location. Very poor customer service here at this location.
