2nd disappointing expirence. Final time ordering from here. We ordered from Grubhub and selected a Diet Coke as a drink as my partner cannot drink regular soft drinks (sugar). When the order came we got regular Pepsi (and a Dr Pepper that I ordered for my family member). This means we paid for a drink neither of us can drink, and certainly the person drinking Dr Pepper didn't want to down 2 soft drinks. I saw a missed call on my phone, and called back. It was this place. The woman on the phone was totally out of it when I told her I would like to give her my name and number to provide feedback about my order, she mumbled back a mmhmm clearly not caring and clearly not taking down info. She said oh we probably were trying to let you know we were out [of Diet coke], I replied oh I'm sorry I wish you had left a voicemail so that I would've known who it was and called back (when I originally looked up this place it had a different number listed, and when I looked up the missed call number, it didn't list the restaurant as the owner but someone else entirely). The woman on the phone did nothing to make it right, mumbling something about "next...
Read moreBeen here twice so far. Compared to ALL sushi/hibachi options, probably not the prime choice. Not comparing that, it's a decent choice that's relatively quick and decently priced.
The poke bowls are good and have a decent amount of options for $15 or less. The hibachi for a chain-type food, is solid. I will complain that my chicken hibachi didn't come with veggies, because I guess I have to specify that though the menu says "Comes with mixed vegetables, rice or noodles". I checked online and the menu allows for as I thought, mixed vegetables AND a choice of rice or noodles so I guess I have to say veggies explicitly. Anyways, the chicken was crispy on the outside but very soft on the inside, almost possibly undercooked but it looked fine.
It's hard to see but I believe every hibachi order is made to order rather than a big batch, so you will wait at least the time needed to cook, but it's fresh. The portions don't seem what I'd call generous, but that's not necessarily a bad thing in terms of personal health, but reduces value. There is a hibachi buy 5 get 1 free rewards program with a...
Read morethe food is horrible and the cook and cashier has terrible customer service skills. not only do the cook and the cashier insults the customer with sexual harassment but they are rude to the customers and needs to be fired. i tried to put in my complaint to the headquarters online and i was blocked. The message would not go thru .. i will call corporate office or send them a written. grievance complaint on the male cook and the male casher . i was there at hibachi last week and the cook was insulting customers on how they dress ,hair style laughing and insulting customer and the cashier was laughing at the remarks as they just kept speaking in another language while Americans ask the cashier to speak English and he refuse to do. this is America and they should not be working in a business speaking one language. i have been in the restaurant before and have heard both the cook and the cashier speak enough English . corporate will...
