I was here on a Tuesday (04/09) with my brothers. We arrived around 8:30pm. There was a sign prompting us to seat ourselves which we did. We sat for over 20 mins with no acknowledgment from any staff member. it wasn’t until my brother got up and asked a staff member for assistance did a server finally come over. Her excuse was “sorry I didn’t see you guys.” I’m not kidding when I say there was MAYBE 5 other tables sat throughout the restaurant.
We ended up ordering through the code online vs through the server. Wait time for food was long but that’s typical for BWW.
Food finally came out and everyone got their food except me. I requested Extra Crispy, All Flats. I even saw the correct stickers on my plate but they still did not give me all flats. So I waved the server back over and she took them away and said she’d get them fixed. She never came back to update me or check in with us. At this point it’s been over 30 mins. My brothers basically all finished their meals. My brother got up again and asked a different staff member about my wings. The serve came back and said “sorry it still has 7 minutes left” How can that be possible when you took my wings 30 mins ago??? Extra crispy wings doesn’t take that long.
My brother got up again to just ask to speak to the manager on duty. Shockingly the wings finally came out along with the manager and server.
The MOD did not care at ALL. Not empathetic or understanding whatsoever. I explained the situation to him and told him how disappointed I was with the overall experience. He then asked me what I wanted and I said compensation. He then said “well Im not going overboard and comping off your entire meal” He ended up crediting me $20 off my bill. He came back and said “Sorry the servers are new”
If your server cannot handle FOUR TABLES, she’s in the wrong industry and this job is not for her.
I used to work for BWW for 3 years. I understand how busy it can be on Wing Tuesdays. But again, there was BARELY anyone in the restaurant. Bar was a little busy and I wasn’t aware if takeout was busy or not. The service aspect of this particular BWW is SO POOR. No one in there actually cares about the job they do and it is very evident. No manager ever came to “touch” the table or check in with us. Same with the actual server.
This experience has put a very bad taste in my mouth and I will never come back. I don’t know what’s happened to BWW but it never used to...
Read moreI placed an order to go at 1 pm on a football Sunday, so I anticipated some wait time, and had my pick up time set to 3 pm. When I came to pick up the order, there were about fifteen other customers all crowded around the front looking for to go orders, and one frustrated customer shouted and said wait time would be two hours, don’t stay here, before leaving upset. There was no server to be found for at least ten minutes, and the the phone was ringing off the hook. I noticed that the restaurant was only about 60% full, and when I did see servers come out, I only saw two, and will hand it to them they seemed to be working hard and taking care of the customers they did have seated. There was one person working the to go counter and he would not talk to anyone and kept running to the back so there wasn’t anyone to talk with. I had to send my ride home to come back later (I can’t drive, and we had a baby in the car, so I waited longer than I would have). This had me there at about 3:45 so I already was standing for 45 minutes with no word on what was going on and with a bunch more door dash drivers growing irate and flustering the to go worker, but when I tried to cancel the order the app wouldn’t let me, it only had me call the store, which wasn’t answering the phone, and when I asked the person in the store, he said just to please keep waiting and he was sorry, but I wasn’t able to cancel.
Anyways, since my ride still hasn’t come I wasn’t going to press it further until then, but the food ended up coming out at 4:25, so a whole hour and 25 minutes past the pick up time. The second star is for the quality of the food, which was not horrible, but the fries were cold and stale, but the wings at least were decently sized and fresh, but the wait with absolutely no help, communication, or way to cancel, left me very frustrated and I will not be coming to this location again. While I understand that the door dash drivers probably can be overwhelming, the restaurant needs to be properly staffed for weekends and event days and if not, allow customers to cancel OR at the very least communicate what’s going on. Do...
Read moreI just left Buffalo Wild Wings and will not be coming back after this. I came in and was given 2 menus and was told to seat myself. I chose a seat and the server came over to take my drink order. A few minutes later she came to take my food order and that was the last time I saw her. Nearly 30 minutes went by before I received my food. My appetizer came out the same time as my entree even though I specified that I would like the onion rings as an appetizer. Not only did all my food come out at once, it was cold. I finally got a hold of my server to let her know my food was cold she took it back. A few seconds later she brought out my side of fries and onion rings (appetizer) and told me my wings would take 12 minutes. The fries and onion rings looked exactly like the ones she initially brought out. However, I thought to myself no way they would do that. I was wrong, they were the same fries and onion rings only warmed up in the microwave for a few seconds. I confronted my server and asked if she dipped the fries and onion rings back in the oil to heat them up. She insisted that the cook did not do that, she watched him. So then I said they look the same as when you first brought them out and that they tasted like they were heated up. The server replied oh you wanted new ones. Like yess, I want new food, wouldn’t you. By then I asked to speak to the manager Salim Shaikh who was extremely rude and got an attitude with my cousin when she spoke to him in a calm matter. He insisted we get more food. No I don’t want more food, you had that chance when I told you to my food was cold the first time. I refused to pay for the 2 drinks we had since the service was terrible. Salim Shaikh then threatens to call the cops when I refused to pay for the drinks. I felt as if Buffalo Wild Wings didn’t deserve any of my money after the stunt they just pulled. Eventually an employee named Kevin approached us and handled the situation. However I still had to pay for the drinks which I am furious about. I will not return ever again. Wish I could give them...
