I visited on a Monday night to get some pre-Monday Night Football eats from a familiar and close by place. The online ordering process proved rather straightforward including applying a coupon for 20 percent off my bill which was of course appealing. My order was ready when I arrived about 20 minutes later. The two staff people there were quite cheerful and courteous in handling my order which was completed exactly as requested.

I ordered their relatively new boneless chicken without sauce, a steak sandwich with extra steak, peppers, and mushrooms, and a small thin crust veggie pizza swapping olives for artichokes and adding ham and bacon. I believe I chose wisely on all three counts. The boneless chicken while a little salty on the outside still tasted seasoned while being a little juicy on the inside. The portion of 12-pieces was just enough for me to start. The sandwich definitely had extra meat and was not greasy to taste or dried out. The roll was soft as desired and expected. I would have liked more peppers and mushrooms for more balance, but they erred on the right side with more meat than less meat and more vegetables. The pizza was quite satisfying. The crust was thin while still supporting the number of toppings I chose. I also found the thin crust pleasantly less salty than the regular crust. The toppings themselves were applied generously and rather uniformly with maybe an exception or two here and there. The proportion of sauce and cheese hit the mark for me too, as I am not a fan of excess amounts of either personally.

The total cost with the 20 percent discount came to a little under $35 without tax and tip. I felt as though I received a good value for what I received in quantity and taste. Without the coupon I wonder whether I would feel the same way about the value. I could certainly order this same or similar combination again cost aside, so all in all a satisfying trip...

Improve your check out accuracy. You're mistakenly handing the wrong orders or "extra" food to people. By extra, i mean other people's orders. I ordered online for a 6:30pm pick up schedule. I get there at 6:25pm to pay and I also tipped. I wait for another 3 mins and they said "order's coming up". I go to the coffee shop next door, back by 6:35pm. Still no pizza, I get "order's coming out" again. 6:45pm, Still no pizza and I get an apology because it's just "really busy, but it's gonna come out". By 6:55 I asked why another guy who came in after me and ordered at the store got his food first...then you finally say "we don't know what happened to your order". At 7:08 I finally get my pizza and pasta (which you guys also forgot about, you gave me whatever was there...and I was fine with because I just needed to go!). I also noticed another lady who had to come back because you guys gave her the wrong order. Turned out the order was for another lady who's been sitting there waiting also. I didn't mind waiting for the 1st 20mins, but at least tell me you lost my order and I'm gonna be waiting for another 25mins. Waiting 40+mins at the store for pizza is silly specially if I already have my little kid crying&waiting in the car w/ my wife. And don't give me a sarcastic attitude asking me if I understand that it's a busy night. Yes I understand(that's why I stood there patiently for 20mins), but do you understand that in 42 mins i could've gone to a restaurant, ordered food, eaten and be done. Being busy just means you gotta be...

Coming from Baltimore,my expectations were not the highest when trying to find a new cheese steak spot. This was NOT IT! Wasted $37 on two cheese steaks and fries. Fries were cold, undercooked and flaccid. Both Cheese steaks were cold and under seasoned . I ordered extra cheese and it wasn't on my sub. Also ordered extra mayo and I literally got maybe a dime size drop. I ask d for my onions to be left on the grill longer so they could caramelize. What I got was chopped up and half cooked. Extremely disappointed and wasn't even able to stomach eating that garbage. They clearly just rushed making our food and couldn't care less about the quality they serve. This was honestly the worst cheese steak and fries I've ever had the displeasure of ordering. Had it been ordered in the store and not delivery. I would have sent it back. Lesson learned! Really hard to believe this place is on the best cheese steak spots when searching on Google. Took photos, but no option...

TASTE (8/10): The pizza was actually good. Both the dough and the toppings worked well. I wouldn’t say it was phenomenal but definitely one of the better ones I had in the area. Garlic knots? Meh. You won’t write home about them. PRICE (7/10): Neither cheap nor pricey. Just sits on that neutral fence, sipping coffee. SERVICE (6/10): I had to wait way longer than I should. Are they secretly feeding a football team in the back? Not a tragedy, but also not cute. ATTITUDE (8/10): Staff were nice. Not “besties-for-life” nice, but pleasant. PLACE (7/10): Basic setup. Not a palace but not a dungeon either. Easy to find, parking available. CLEANLINESS (8/10): Clean enough to not think twice before eating. That’s always a win. ADDITIONAL FEES/HIDDEN COSTS (10/10): Nope. Thank you for being normal. OVERALL IMPRESSION: A solid choice if you’re hungry and nearby. Just don’t expect a pizza epiphany.

As someone who is always on the go, I was thrilled to discover Paisano's on my last business trip. I ended up eating there every night while I was staying in my hotel for work. I tried their salads which were huge and loaded with toppings, but the star of the show was the stromboli - it was packed full and had the perfect balance of cheese, sauce, and toppings. And despite being a fast food restaurant, the quality of the food was definitely better than some of the big chain pizza places out there, like Papa John's. I highly recommend Paisano's Pizza Fast Food for anyone looking for a quick, delicious meal! If you want to franchise and come out to the midwest - I am in!
