I'm not sure when they changed their tofu but it is horrible. I ordered my usual chicken pad thai with tofu and was extremely disappointed. The noodles were overcooked; it was watered down with what I think was pad thai sauce. There wasn't any nuts or cilantro and the new tofu didn't taste like anything. It was a bland dish I could've taken out of my freezer, thrown it into a microwave and spend the next 10-20 minutes dreading each bite. Just out of pure curiosity I ordered two more dishes from home for delivery and both had substandard ingredients. I suddenly realized they've changed the quality of the dish to lower the cost of operation. I never thought in a million years that Pei Wei would ever be on the same level as Panda Express in quality and taste but they are drifting...

Got "to go" Drunken Noodles. When I opened it only 5 miles from store noodles were dry and tasteless. Only thing given to perk them up was soya sauce - I don't use soya sauce since I became an adult. Well, those noodles were so boring and disappointing I opened that fancy little packet and found more boring. Strange thing is, the reason I went for my first (of three) meals there was because Drunken Noodles looked so good in the on-line menu photo; and then they weren't available.
