Usually when we come 1-2 times per week we are greeted by a smiling face from a manager named Michael. We always have a very good experience with him and he always takes the time to come and ask how we’re doing and shakes my hand. But tonight we had a different experience:
MANAGER MOE: Tonight, my son and I went to this location to eat dinner after baseball practice. We come here one to two times every single week and have never had a bad experience because we have never met the MANAGER MOE. This lady greeted me with no smile had the rudest attitude like someone Pissed in her Cheerios. I have never seen this woman before in my life and she acted like I owed her something. The black pepper chicken did not look as appetizing so I kindly asked her if she could make a fresh one and she made it super difficult and asked me 101 questions. Like I was getting interrogated. She also cut me off multiple times mid sentence which really irritated me which I would imagine would irritate any paying customer to Panda Express. Most of the food was prepped and we were waiting on the oh so difficult, black pepper chicken per the eye roll of the MANAGER MOE. She proceeds to complete the order by scooping the black pepper chicken into my son’s dinner plate and literally sat it right in front of me, knowing that was the last thing that we needed for our order. Meanwhile, I waited at the counter (please check the camera) five minutes, looking at those two plates, knowing that they were ready. In those five minutes, I was waiting again the so called MANAGER MOE BROUGHT A COUPLE MORE ORDERS AND WALKED RIGHT BY ME MULTIPLE TIMES (AGAIN CHECK THE CAMERA) AND NEVER MENTION THAT IT WAS READY. MEANWHILE, MY SON IS PATIENTLY WAITING AT THE TABLE STARVING. I had to ask another very kind employee and she apologized. I do not remember her name, but she was kind enough to let me know that the food that was sitting there getting cold in front of me was actually ready and she handed it to me. If I were a business, I would expect a little bit more especially if I am paying MANAGER MOE THE LEVEL OF SALARY THAT YOU ARE PAYING HER. NO CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS AND WE WILL SECOND-GUESS COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF THIS ONE INCIDENT WITH MANAGER, MOE. The other kind employee kept apologizing, which was very kind and she went to tell MANAGER MOE what I just said. Then she looked at me while my back was turned and rolled her eyes, sadly my 12-year-old son witnessed that and told me or else I would have never seen her NASTY EYE ROLL. I think MANAGER MOE needs Some retraining in her Customer Service skills or possibly find another role That does not involve customer facing interaction. She is absolutely NOT fit for this job. Please pass this feedback along to manager Moe so PANDA EXPRESS CORPORATE can reevaluate what she’s doing here. *Michael - you can confirm this entire interaction on your...
Read moreOn July 29 l visited the Panda Express located at 12600 Stone Village Way. I ordered the Black Angus Steak. The entire meal was very fatty. The steak was not tender at all. The only part of the meal that l ate was the fried rice. The next day l called the store and talk to the manager. She has at attitude and repeatedly questioned me about my experience. She said she didn't believe me and that she has been working at Panda Express for a long time and she has never heard of the augus steak being very fatty. I said is this how you treat your customers? Is this how you act towards your customers? The manager said what Do you want me to do? (With an attitude) l said isn't there a way for you to make things right? I should not have to tell you what to do. The manager asked me if l had my receipt l said yes and the manager said bring the receipt with you and l will give you a meal replacement free of charge. By the way the manager asked if l took pictures of the meal to prove that l was telling the truth. I said no l didn't but l should not have to do that. This was a horrible experience. I will not return to...
Read moreThis place gives Panda a bad name. The facility is clean, the staff is polite but the food is never fresh and the flavors are always off. They dish up tiny portions and I find the whole thing extremely frustrating, having paid $10 and up for sub par food. . This particular location is in the Wegmans shopping center, on Midlothian turnpike. I’ve tried the food here on three separate occasions bc everyone can have a bad day, but the orange chicken, which I would consider to be the staple entrée, is dry and unfulfilling. They are serving dry chunks of fried bread dipped in sauce. The contents are pasty and or hollow. Where the heck is the chicken? They are always out if something, especially the fresh vegetables and everything else is allowed to sit in the pan for far too long. This location is so much more convenient but I will continue to travel to the location on HULL Street Road. The new management there ensures the food is always fresh and prepared by the recipe. Thanks...
