this taco bell is the worst. the food itself, other than ALWAYS being cold is fine. they very clearly premake everything and will go to great lengths to not have to make something fresh for you. i pretty much order the same thing every time: 2 meximelts, no pico and cheesy fiesta potatoes, no sour cream. the first time i came to this location, all 3 items were cold (i.e. the cheese on the melts had re-hardened and the potatoes were cold and soggy) so i knew they were premade based on that alone, but they also all had the things on them that i asked to be left off. that experience made me not want to come back to this location, but today i was hungry and it was along my route, so i stopped. same order (sans potatoes) plus some soft tacos. i checked the screen and receipt, everything was correct. they tried to pass off 2 soft tacos as meximelts. i could tell because the lettuce had been haphazardly pulled off, but there was still some there so i know they just didn't feel like making 2 melts without pico. it wasn't even remotely busy either time so there is zero excuse for this laziness. i...
   Read moreThe manager at this was RUDE. First of all we were ordering for a family of five which ended up being 14 items. He told us to download the app to make it faster....there was no one inside the restaurant but 2 people who were finishing up their food. Secondly, I forgot to mention no tomatoes on one of the items(completely my fault and I had apologize to the employee making it). The manager had the audacity to say ânext time let us know because now I have to toss it awayâ I mean honestly it was over a dollar I could've just paid for it..no biggie but the way he had spoken to me was unseen. Thirdly , we were checking our order just to make sure everything was correct ( because they ALWAYS screw something up) and the manager comes out and says what are you guys doing? We told him we were just checking the food, he clearly did like the fact we were doing that. Which resulted in them messing up on the order.
