Not only is their food delicious but their service is top tier. I’ve eaten here many times when I worked on Midlothian and their food has always been delicious. So when I saw that they were on door dash I jumped on the opportunity. Ordered my food and patiently waited. When it arrived it was unfortunately the wrong food. I can see the confusion in my order. I called the restaurant back and spoke to a lovely young lady. She told me she made the mistake and would refund me the money or I can come get the food tonight or later. I live a little distance away so I reluctantly agreed only because I was looking forward to my original purchase. She was more than nice to me. 5 minutes she called back and told me she’ll deliver it to me since it was her mistake. I genuinely appreciate the niceness and willingness to correct an error. Again this is also the same restaurant that has delivered to my job when it was a few miles out of their distance. They are truly great people and have amazing food!...
Read moreI’m surprised this place has such good reviews. Maybe the reviewers enjoy bland food. 🤷♀️ I don’t think I’ll order from here again. The pan fried dumplings were good, but it’s hard to mess those up. The General Tso’s chicken was OK. It wasn’t very crispy but the flavor was pretty good. That’s why I’m giving them two stars . The chicken fried rice was the worst I’ve ever had. It was incredibly bland. It was more like steamed brown rice with hunks of plain/unseasoned boiled chicken and some barely cooked chunks of onion. No carrots, no egg. I don’t even think it was actually fried. If you want some of the best fried rice you’ll ever eat, go to Hiro Sushi. The House Mei Fun was also bland. I drizzled some of the leftover dipping sauce from the dumplings over it to give it some kind of flavor. With so many other delicious Asian restaurants in the vicinity to choose from, there’s no reason to ever...
Read moreI ordered a spring roll, wonton soup, hunan chicken with plain fried rice from Asian Grill via Grubhub. The spring roll was gross. The wonton soup was canned broth with wontons added, the supposedly spicy hunan chicken was incredibly bland, no spice. Forget the fried rice; I got plain white rice. I called about the order. While I was on the phone the doorbell rang (obviously I don’t live far) it was the “fried “ rice. I called back to ask how their fried rice is prepared. Cooked; stir fried with soy sauce, egg and onion. I’ll return it to them tomorrow. Oh by the way, order was placed through Grubhub. Asian Grill said they couldn’t find my order, insinuated Grubhub would have to initiate a refund until I threatened to involve my financial institution. What does that tell you about these so-called delivery services. Will report more after I return the...
