Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

The quantity of food sucks, , I ordered 3 taco crunchy supremes, they had very little meat, and tomatos, and sour cream on them, but they had plenty of lettuce on them, when I got home I took all of the lettuce off of them and took the meat, tomatoes and sour cream off of two of them on to one and some of the lettuce and I made and ate one taco. I BET WHEN THE EMPLOYEES MAKE A TACO FOR THEMSELVES TO EAT, THAT IT HAS PLENTY OF MEAT, TOMATOES AND SOUR CREAM ON THEIRS, AND NOT SO MUCH LETTUCE. Also I was at the counter ready to order, and the lady said that I had to use the computer behind me, I don't know anything about that, so she sighed and came around the counter and put my order in and then it would not take my cash, I had to get my debit card out and use it, and she sighed again. VERY POOR SERVICE AND AND QUALITY AND AMOUNT OF PRODUCTS, IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE ON THE MENU. TWO THUMBS DOWN FOR SERVICE AND FOOD AT...

I am something of a connoisseur of Taco Bell. My ultimate measure of Taco Bell is whether or not the staff takes and delivers orders accurately. I can say confidently that this Taco Bell takes the cake in this category. I have been coming here for several months and they haven't gotten my order wrong ONCE. Incredible. Even the smallest detail - I get a Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito no sour cream every time, and every time they don't put sour cream on it.

The quality of the food is relatively the same compared to other Taco Bells, but frankly that's a non-issue as the standard set across the board is good enough for me.

As far as the atmosphere, the employees at this location probably aren't as bubbly/customer-service centric as their managers would like, but again this is a non-issue because they never put sour cream on my Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito.

The food was ready very fast and they put extra tacos in our togo order which was nice, but I saw an employee, maybe even a manager yell at customers in a way that I have never seen in my life.

There was a mom and 3 kids, one was talking about being in fifth grade.. they were the only table in the whole restaurant laughing and enjoying their meal together. They didn’t draw any attention from me as we waited but an employee yelled at the top of her lungs from the food line, “IM NOT TELLING YALL AGAIN TO QUIET DOWN OR YOU NEED TO LEAVE. THIS IS IT!!” It was pretty terrifying and the whole family looked scared and in shock. The staff even looked uncomfortable. I’ve never seen anything like that in my life from a staff to customers doing nothing wrong, especially a mother and her kids.
