I can’t believe what I’ve just experience tonight! The female “Manager” that worked tonight’s shift (02/10/2019) was the nasties and rudest person I’ve ever had to talk to, especially coming from a Customer Service-driven business. After calling and placing our order, my sister-in-law, asked the “Manager” that she needed a couple if minutes to get her credit card to make a delivery payment. While she went to get her card, the “Manager” hung up (she claims we did), but the bad part starts after we called back several times. I finally called back using *67 so that the “Manager” would stop ignoring our calls. When she picked up, I asked for the Manager, to which she claimed she was (I keep putting quotation marks on the title Manager because I can’t belive a real Manager would treat a customer the way this self-claimed “Manager” did) After she explained that she was the “Manager,” she asked if I was the one trying to order a Big Dinner Box, to which I replied, yes. She followed by telling me that it was her who was taking the order. I then asked if she was the disrespectul “Manager” who hung up on us. She then told me that it was us the ones who hung up. We went back and forth for a bit, she then said that I had no right to be mad at her, when it was us who hung up on her. I then followed by letting her know that I was the customer and tomorrow I was going to go in-person speak to the General Manager to let him/her know what kind of depleated customer service his/her business had. She replied with an “ok and good night” then, proceeded to hung up. You can count that I will never order anything from this place. I will also ensure everyone I know, knows not to order from this Customer Service deficient business. The sad part about this is that the other Male manager was nice and realy attentive. They even returned a $35 dollar extra charge made by by the delivery guy by mistake. All was great until I had to deal with this person, who should find a job somewhere that does not require Customer Service, but the problem is that all businesses require some degree of it, so I guess she should retire from the...
Read moreThe food itself was perfect; however every time I order from this location, the driver always hands me someone else’s order. I am usually lucky and they have not left my neighborhood yet, but it is disappointing to open my food and be delayed in enjoying it when I have to find where my actual order is. One time I tried to call the store and no one answered so I attempted to drive there with the incorrect order, only to arrive and have the driver call and say they were on the way back to my house with my correct food. It’d be a minor inconvenience to switch to pickup to avoid this in the future, but I would rather do that than continue to be disappointed with this delivery service. And I understand mistakes happen, but this seems to be an ongoing occurrence when my family orders delivery from this location, and it’s quite frustrating when I have to guess if this delivery is going to be accurate or not. Additionally, due to COVID-19 concerns, I often select for my order to be left at the door for no face to face contact, but this is usually ignored and the driver will bang at my door and ring my doorbell until I answer, and I don’t mind but it is annoying to have my instructions ignored like this. Overall, I’m quite frustrated with this location’s...

Just came from Pizza Hut in Bristow. I went inside to pick up my pizza. The place was empty. After waiting a minute, I saw two guys in the kitchen. I called to them and tried to get their attention but they couldn’t hear me. I tried again and the guy saw me and walked up. I told him I was there was for my pizza. As I said this the bathroom door opened and a guy walked out. Before he even handed me my pizza he looks at me and says in a disrespectful tone that the next time I come in to keep my voice down and stop yelling and just sit there and wait until someone comes up. I was like … huh? I looked at the other guy and asked if I was loud or rude and he agreed with me that I didn’t do anything wrong. The dude continued to complain and started saying that all DoorDash drivers do this and he doesn’t like it. I looked at him and said I’m not DoorDash. I’m here to pick up a pizza for me and my wife. He kept yapping and I was like … it’s you that has the problem not me. If you walked into a restaurant and it’s empty and then you see two people in the back then anyone would try to get their attention. I am NEVER going to this location again. The pizza was cold, dry and hardly had any toppings despite...
