Ordered a salad the extreme salad should have had pepper onions, sour cream , salsa, cheese, lettuce, pico , beans and my choice of meat. I requested no beans! It came with beans , rice, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, lettuce and cheese. So it was missing pretty much everything only things it had that were supposed to be there was a meat, cheese and lettuce! It was dry due to it missing sour cream, salsa and pico I trashed half of b/c I don’t eat beans or rice! Horrible...
