For the past couple of times I have ordered from there, I have got the big box dinner, 2 pizzas, cheese bread, and boneless chicken wings. Each time I order I put buttery garlic on the crust for both pizzas. Everytime I receive the food it never has the seasoning on the crust. Makes me very disappointed because these aren't the first issues ive had with this pizza hut. Back in September I had waited 3 hours to get my food. It was the first day of the NFL season and the apparently haf only 1 driver that night. When the poor girl had finally got to my house she was so upset and irritated that she said she was done and was quitting after that night. And then because of all that, they gave us a credit of 25$. The week or 2 after the first time we ordered, we ordered again. I tell them about the credit and they are completely understandable and then say that it worked. Well when I get there to get the pizza they tell me the total and are expecting me to had them some form of payment. I tell them uh I dont have to pay for it because I have credit at this location and when I called they had it worked out and said all I had to do was come get the pizza and sign a reciept. So they are giving me a hard time and twlling me they don't have anything in the computer for me. And I'm pretty upset at this point. S I tell them I want to speak to a manager, well she could barely help me either and she barely knew any information and had almost no knowledge on what to do about the situation because she kept asking the other employees what to do. And even after all of the they finally just give me the stuff I ordered and tell me they will take care of it later. I was in the store for almost an hour trying to get this handled. Read moreI've lived at my address for over 10 years and have called from the same number at least half as many years so I was confused when I had to give my name twice and spell out my address three times. I was placed on hold 4x . Once after I said I wanted delivery, the second time was after i gave my address again (she said she had to check to see if they delivered to our address and I asked if I was calling the correct store and I was), a third time after I told them what city I lived in (really??)and the 4th time was after I started to give my order and I have no clue why I was being placed on hold again. At the rate it was going the frozen lasagna I had put in the oven when I got home would've been done (and it had an hour and a half left) so I eventually hung up. Guess we'll be eating lasagna after all.They are right down the street so I dont understand why I always seem to penalized for not wanting to cook dinner after working all day. This is not the first issue we've had so that shows how desperate I was. The last time my husband ordered and received a call after placing and paying that there were no drivers available. He had to go pick it up. One time our breadsticks had no seasoning on top nor was it cut (we usually have to cut it ourselves anyway but the absence of a topping was appalling-it was just a greasy square of bread). The only reason we ever use them is that we like to gamble every now and then but come on. It really shouldn't be hit and miss like this. If you dont have enough drivers or someone to take the order without placing a customer on hold every 30 seconds for minutes at a time, and if you cant provide basic customer service when taking and putting together orders just close shop for the day- we won't...
Read moreThe other reviews are correct about this location. Placed an online order when I first moved in and they had trouble finding my address. When I placed my next delivery order with them I was courteous enough to call them on the phone, advise them on the previous issue with finding my address, and give them instructions on how to properly find the address. The women on the phone said she saw the note I left in the delivery notes and that she would tell the driver.
She did not.
Driver calls and there are at another location. They said no one told them my instructions and I guess he never read the delivery instructions I left that also explained it. 10 minutes later they call again and are not at my place. I have to come downstairs and try to flag them down. After being outside for ten minutes I call the driver to see what they are doing and they still found the address even with all the information that could POSSIBLY be needed already being provided. I told the driver to cancel my order and he told me to "relax", so I called the store and told them not to bring my order and the driver better not come anywhere near my apartment after the way he talked to me.
If I don't get my money back in a reasonable time I'll get a lawyer and anyone else who gets this same issue and run-around can join the class action with me. I was so excited to finally have a pizza hut that would deliver to my address, but that was asking too much. Save your time, money, and...
