I ordered two entrees and a spring roll, but two of the items were wrong. I get that it’s a new opening and things can be chaotic, so I patiently waited while the kitchen fixed the mistake.

Then a white couple sat down at the table behind me. They had barely been seated for five minutes, and even though they weren’t ready to order, the server came by twice to check on them. Not only did they get the advertised 20% grand opening discount, but the staff immediately threw in an extra 15% off—without them even asking.

Meanwhile, I was served the wrong food, wasn’t given utensils, wasted time waiting for my order to be redone, and no one offered me anything—not even an apology, let alone a discount. At checkout, the server confirmed my order twice, but still didn’t apply the 20% discount. Only after I pointed it out did she say, “Oh, let me add that now.”

I visited this restaurant with my mom, and we both really enjoyed it. The place is very clean and cozy, with relaxing music that creates a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, and our waitress was especially sweet and polite. We ordered Pho 15 and Pho 19 (medium size) both were fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions that felt bigger than expected. I also tried Thai tea, which was perfectly balanced in sweetness, while my mom had lychee tea. Went there with a friend, and it was a really fantastic experience. The food was tasty - nothing super amazing, but the broth of the pho was rich and the appetizers were good.

What did stand out though were the drinks. They have a large menu of non-alcoholic drinks, with many flavors you dont see everywhere around the area like kumquat and lavendar, and the drinks we had were awesome.

The service was exceptional, with our food coming quickly, and the waitress was attentive but we didnt feel rushed like some places. I also enjoyed the atmosphere. The decor was fresh and clean, and the way things were set up was just relaxing.

The prices were good, even a little less than I expected considering we got 2 apps, 2 bowls of pho, and 2 of their custom drinks.
