Cook Out — Restaurant in Virginia

This location has the RUDEST employees. We went this week and I was the only car in line. We waited a few, then had our order taken. Then they went silent on the other end for a frustrating amount of time before asking us to repeat the order. After a few more attempts, our order was taken. We pulled up to the window and waited over ten minutes while two young women giggled and horseplayed in the window. Once served, my wife kindly asked one of these women for napkins and a fork. The girl rolled her eyes and told us they don't have forks.

We've frequented this place for years and knew this to not be true. We parked and she went inside for a fork. The same employee asks her "what can I help you with" so she asks again for a fork. She again rolls her eyes, points across the dining and says "you can go get your own fork over there".

I'll never return to this location, this laziness and demeanor is way too common here.

Edit** I lied above with my last sentence. We did indeed return once again and received the same lazy service. After giving us the wrong order, they dumped our fries out of a box and replaced them with cheese curds. After pulling away we noticed that there were large burn holes throughout the tops and bottoms of each tray we received. This was from the hot oil doused all over. So much oil that we simply threw the trays away. Corporate sounded shocked to hear of this location's ongoing performance but I won't care to find out if improvement is...

The only thing that I did not like which is almost pretty much like everywhere when you order fast food at night after winning or losing at Rosie's fabulous quote giving my rent insurance and my light bill and water bill and sewage bill and probably the whole rent payment keeping my fingers crossed that I do not have to tell my wife and children when I get home at 04:00 in the morning and let them know I spent all the money at Rosie's trying to win.g 🔥🔥🥳😄🥳🥳😄 we were trying just to get to cookout for a while because the line is terribly lonely and they forgot one of our drinks so we had to go back it's a bit of an inconvenience but the whole trip and the whole thing about eating at cookout just please try to remember to stop rushing to the point you forget something on a customer's order at 0.30 in the morning or whenever just have quality of assurance that when I get when a customer gets their food that they either are at home quote on the highway still driving or in the parking lot we just need to have the assurance that drive-thru crew put everything on my order in my hand or in my belly ok please stop forgetting the napkin to catch up the mayonnaise the cup or no pickles I just want insurance from drive-thru crew anywhere to make sure everything that I paid for was in my possession not too much to ask for is it?? I have always been a big fan of cookout. I don't eat fast food but when i do cookout is my goto. This particular location is not up to par with the rest of the franchise. The line is longer and slower than any other location I've been to from Greenville NC to Richmond VA. The chicken nuggets were chewy, dry, cold, and tasted like really dirty/burnt grease. Asked for a drink holder seeing I had ordered 4 milkshakes. They dont have any. I had ordered 3 trays and i had to ask for a bag. Sorry I dont want food and milk shakes all over my brand new 2021 Subaru leather upholstery. I seen kids goofing off and standing around the ice cream machine, more in the way than actually doing any thing helpful. One of the cups the milk shake was in, I went to pick up the beverage from my cup holder and my finger went thru the side of the cup because they mixed it so long the compromised the integrity of the cup. Over all will not be visiting this location unless some drastic changes are made. On a good note, the cheese bites are fantastic. Never noticed that was even an item on the sides menu. After reading the other reviews, clearly corporate doesn't really care about your experience. they send you some default message asking you to call a number that no one answers.
