Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia

I don't normally leave long reviews, but this was a fiasco. Would give them 0 stars if I could, but tragically, I must rate at least one star. I ordered online versus calling for a pizza for sales reps for the company I work for to try to save time, only for the sales rep to call to say they never got a pizza at the scheduled delivery time. Called, but no one picked up. Pressed 7 to check on an existing order, and apparently the card was charged for an order that was never made because no one showed up to work at this restaurant, or so I was told by the representative who didn’t know what a confirmation number was. In a nutshell, the sales reps were upset with ME because this location has poor management and irresponsible employees. For as long as I can recall, Pizza Hut's service has always been less than desirable, and that's putting it very lightly. I think I'll do a fine job of convincing the employees in Hayes to order pizza at another nearby pizzeria that is not another Pizza Hut, since this isn't the first time they've had issues with this place not being able to function properly. Not that the employees or manager (if they even have one) at this restaurant care about losing out on...

Today is the first time the food has tasted good in a long time. My husband order without letting me know. But he was PISSED when he got home. Why? Because when he himself drove to pick it up and sign for his pizza the delivery driver asked where his tip was. This kid didn't deliver anything or even walk it out to the car and he dares to ask for a tip?!?! People are forgetting what tips for and just asking for them because they come with the pre thought idea that everyone gets tipped.

I hope the owner of Pizza Hut reads this and that this gets...

I'm still and forever will be in love with their spongey-crust pan pizza. To some this may be a deterrent, but I love it so much. The atmosphere of this Pizza Hut is a very classic brand style that hasn't updated in well over 20 years in my eyes (although, the road-side of their building did get plowed through by a rogue pickup truck a couple of years ago so a littttlleee remodeling was required at least).
