Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

Shout out to the crew working tonight (1/30/21) I pulled in and right off the bat I was stuck waiting for a good while before the car ahead of me pulled forward. The nice kid asked if I minded waiting a little longer the person wasn’t supposed to pull ahead. I said no problem and continued to wait another 5 minutes. Now I know what you’re thinking. That’s a long time to wait for some Taco Bell but I’m a server and understand things happen and I just really didn’t want to cook after a long shift lol. I chit chatted with the staff while they apologized for the wait and explained what caused it. I got my food and was on my way! I live about 10 minutes away and couldn’t get to my food for another 10 minutes after I got home and my food was STILL HOT!! It was still so fresh and hands down the best quality meal I have ever received from this location. And we frequent there ALOT!! Stopped here tonight to have a fast dinner with my family. When the order was ready, we brought our tray to the table & half of my meal was missing. So I went up there and told the young guy that was running the front and he told another young guy in the back what I was missing and that he needed it. Took about 7 minutes to get my two soft shell tacos (only meat, cheese and sour cream). Took them back to the table and they had tomatoes on them! So I had to take them back up to the counter once again and had to wait another 5-7 minutes for two tacos! 🤦 By the time I got back to my table with my family, everyone else was done with their meal while I just got to sit down to finally eat mine, which had turned cold! I will not be returning to this location and I do NOT recommend this Taco Bell to anyone...take another 15 minute drive north to the Taco Bell in...

Really terrible service. I ordered food through the app and paid through the app and when I got there it made me wait until the lane was clear and then I pulled up to the window and was told that they were almost out of food but then I could switch to either steak or chicken and I picked steak and then they told me I needed to drive around again and wait at the ordering kiosk until I was given the okay to proceed to the window. When I got to the window they had given my order to someone else and that they were out of food and would not be able to fulfill mine and then could not refund me the money and still have it and it's been several days....
