I called 3 times and the phone went directly to voicemail. I drove down there and since there were no menus available I ordered what I had written down from their online menu. When I was told the price of $44+ which was a little more than I expected but I’d check the price when I get home. I compared the online price to the menu I was given. This online menu order should have come to $26.70. I called to complain and was told that menu was “10 years old” and they “didn’t know who put menu on site”. I told her that I have no way of knowing this is an old menu and asked to speak to a manager. The girl I was talking to hung up on me. I then called back and was told someone will call me back. me and my family are frequent customers here, and i order the same thing every time. today i ordered my usual (veggie lo mein combo add $2 of shrimp, and change the rice to shrimp fried rice.) we got home to eat our food and i had no shrimp in my lo mein, and only 19 shrimp in the rice(a little less than usual). i called and was yelled at, being told "no i cooked it myself and only put the shrimp in the rice" which would've been fine if i hadn't paid for shrimp in the lo mein as well. the she said "no you need to count again there's 30 shrimp in rice." well i counted and there's only 19. she hung up on me. i'm furious. definitely going to find somewhere else to get my...

I've been eating here for over a decade. It used to be consistent and always good. The last year or 2, you never know what quality you are going to get. The fried rice in the combos is plain tasting and sometimes has nothing in it but rice. Next time it will have some veggies. It used to always come with pork bits. I just found out you have to ask for the pork bits and they charge you a $1 and there isn't even hardly any in the fried rice when you do order it. The prices have gone up a lot. Not just due to inflation. Chinese used to be a good, affordable option. We still order from there once in a while but it used to be 4-5 times a month. Now it's like 1 time...
