Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Virginia

Well I purchased an 8 piece meal and The Chicken was Not done I Called the Popeyes on Warwickand bland in Newportnews,Va the manager was very Unprofessional I called 6 times they kept picking up the phone and then proceeded to hang up and again took the phone completely off the hook I called the Opeyes on Jefferson Ave I Spoke To A Destiny She Immediately Appoloizd for the Bad experience I encountered and Although It was not her Store asked If She could Replace the 8 pieces of Chicken Although zit was not her location she continued to Share Gratitude and Apologize for my Experience and was not going to end the call until she could Confort Me and ask what could she do to Put A Customer First and fix it Although I Did Express that the Sides And Biscuits Was not An Issue it Only was the Chicken that was not properly prepared So She would Replace the Chicken Although I don’t Drive she Allowed Me To Come Sunday just keep my Receipt I would Reccommend Ms Destiny To Be Rated Exellent On Every Asspect Because She Went Step By Step And I would Say She Is over 100 percent So I Am Very Impressed With The Dedication and Devotion She Gives She’s Awesome and That’s All I can Say I’m Speechless And I Say Great Job You Own The Dedication With Your Company As If You Are Owner of The Company You Will Always Be Exellent You have It Natural and I Feel Good To say It does not feel as If your Reading A Preted Speech That You Read Thank You So Much If I can’t Be Tranported To Your Location To Place an Order I Will Not Be Eating At Popeyes Unless I can come To Your Ly Thank You Destiny...

As a Customer service associate, most of my experience is been food service, and this restaurant need a huge improvement on Customer Service, that’s it, or. Ujimmm or You want anything else.. is the worst training for a successful business, flavor are missing I believe they’re are clueless, no fries... sometimes even the chicken are old or burnt... is so awful, I believe that if the lady that represent this restaurant will be hiding for the rest of her natural live with this shameful experience, I come from the south where this franchise began all the way to Fl and when I came here for the first time, Oh Lord had mercy, it was and still very disappointed to come here... I believe that would rather go to Chic a Sea Or Bojangles in this place (Newport News, Va) than come here again... 3x in a period of two years still awful... and still I have to give you a star.., 😡 just today(10/27/2023) the worst still grossing even more the experience, in this restaurant THE MANAGER specially she is rude, loud and nasty towards everyone, defined as HOOD mouth. Chicken burnt or maybe old, belittle out loud every employee, worst micromanagement and cashier never announced my order ready cause it wasn’t and top of it mess up my order that I have to drive back to get my items, how you give this establishment to be manage by people like her. The absolute worst! it’s 5:47 pm I go into the inside because the drive thur is ridiculous & I’m told the inside is not open. How is that even possible on a SATURDAY at 5:47 pm I reply with “Well the door was unlocked” and everybody just stares. While the lady that I assume is the manger mumble words under her breath. I leave out and get in the drive Thur line. The lady that I assume is the manager comes out for a cigarette break while talking on the phone. She faces the drive thur as she sits on a ladder facing the customers in the drive thur. As I’m pulling up to the speakers. She goes “oh you‘re that lady that was just inside“ & chuckles. I proceed to order my food. While she comments from the side that I will have to wait for some chicken to get dropped because there is none ready. Mind you this is a chicken based fast food restaurant, so I’m really confused to why there is no chicken ready. I pay for my food & im asked to pull up & wait (which was not a problem for me). A guy brings the chicken out. There are no napkin, no spoon for the beans & rice, I asked for spicy chicken it was regular & no hot saice. Not to mention one of the pieces of chicken had black spots on certain parts of the chicken wing as if it was spoiled.
