Delicias Ice Cream Factory — Restaurant in Poquoson

My experience was really unpleasant. I found a thick gray hair inside my ice cream, which is completely unacceptable. The place looks clean, but the staff doesn’t wear gloves 😩they use their bare hands to serve and even give samples. What’s worse, the same person handling the ice cream also takes the money and then continues serving without washing their hands. For such an expensive ice cream, having such poor conditions and bad hygiene is unacceptable. I absolutely loved this ice pop shop! They have an amazing variety of ingredients and so many options to choose from — everything from classic flavors to super creative combinations.
