Qdoba corporate or the Gainesville location owner, please take note of the complaints that are being posted here. I have been coming here for years and always received top notch service from the sweet Asian lady that has worked here for some time (I hate to describe her that way but I’m clearly guilty of taking advantage of not asking for someone’s name until I have a bad experience; this lady is phenomenal and my family has always told her this at each visit). Flor on the other hand is psycho. Since our first experience, she was very rude to my family and has been at every instance. tonight I asked for extra sour cream and she copped an attitude. At checkout I asked for the $2 chips and queso and she just gave me queso, no chips (coupon). I noticed that there was only one bag of chips so I asked if the bag was enough for my nachos and the chips and queso and she began to argue with me about it (even though I showed her the coupon) and lied to my face stating that I asked for a small queso only. My sweet lady resolved the issue quickly and the only reason I voted 3 stars tonight. I understand that people have bad days but Flor’s disposition is constant. Read moreI go to this Qdoba because it is close to my job. Usually, when I come here the staff isn't very friendly and it seems like you are bothering them, but today took the cake. I ordered a mini burrito bowl. When I got to the register I told Flor I had the app. She told me to scan it, before I could say anything else she redeemed my free entree reward. I told her I didn't want to use it, because I would rather use it on a full sized entree. She argued with me for a while about how I was still saving money and getting it for free. When I asked her if she could void the transaction she said no. FINALLY, she said I will give you a card for a free entree. She started speaking in spanish to the other lady that was working with her (she never smiles) and then said I don't have a card, so I will write it on this piece of paper. I said fine as I am now late returning to work.
It should be mandatory to ask if a customer wants to use their rewards before just redeeming them.

I simply ask to drain the juice from the beans and she just sloppped it on my order as well as the pico del gallo . Not only did she do that to my order but as well as my fiancé order . He called her out on her nasty attitude and how she was not listening & if she is not happy to be there go find something else to do & give her job to someone who actually likes to work . There was a manager on duty actually checking us out we told her what happend she then replied saying " I have talked to her about her attitude before but ingrid just uses foul language at me I also tell the owner and he DOESN'T EVEN care !
