Rosita's Restaurant — Restaurant in Groveton

I called and placed an order today. I was told it would take 15 minutes. 10 minutes go by and I get ready to go and that is when I realized I left my wallet at home. I called right away to cancel. That's when I was disrespected by the owner who said and I quote " That is not my problem I do not have money to pay for my items. You need to pay for your food". I then again described why I had to cancel and that is when she said "If you do not have money you shouldn't order". I am not one to do this HOWEVER I am more than confident I make more in one month than she can imagine. Furthermore as a regular patron here I have caught and shown her on more than one occasion that her staff tipped themselves on my credit card without my knowledge. Her response today was "I have given you free food before". LADY........that is because YOUR staff had stolen money from me. And in each occasion I was told they didn't understand. They didn't understand what exactly the zero's I put in the tip amount because I tip in cash..........People do not go here. I am...

Los meseros son araganes eran las 9pm y no los querían dar una mesa grande por qué ya la avían limpiando. Y eso que cieran alas 10pm. Que les questa limpiar la mesa. Mejor fuimos ala restaurante nuevo en backlick ahí no dijeron nada los meseros y eso que llegamos ahí alas 9:20pm por qué queda más lejos Yani voy ahí.

Lazy waiters they would seat us in a bigger table because they didn't want to clean the tables. They said that area had already been cleaned. This was at 9pm on a Saturday and they close at 10pm we went to their sister store in backlick Rd place is so much better. The waiters there cared less it's was 30 mins before closing. This hasn't been the first time they're lazy. They always close the kitchen 20 minutes before closing too. Hate to do this because we loved going here. Maybe this can help them better...

Is a horrible place. The server always asks for a good tips but they don’t deserve it at all. The place is full of rats and cockroaches. I was there and pointed out to the owner of the place that a cockroach is there rolling on two different days and they don’t even answer or see me or apologize nor kill the insects. RATS was running around the floor about 10 minutes until it went into the kitchen. I pointed out but they didn’t do anything , they were looking at me like I’m crazy or exaggerating the situation. The place is so bad I don’t know how still open. The servers are really bad people, they constantly asking for good tips, next they treat you worse if you don’t tip them or not...
