After two horrible experiences I felt like I had to write a review about this location.
Most recently we ordered a selection of donuts to be delivered in the morning for my daughters birthday and the order was cancelled two minutes before they were supposed to arrive. It stated they needed delivery instructions, but we already included that and confirmed our address was accurate. We attempted to call the location several times and nobody picked up the phone. After about half an hour, I ultimately decided to drive to the location myself to resolve the issue. They had the order on the desk and the woman who gave it to me feigned ignorance about it. I asked if we could refund and buy back the donuts since we paid for a delivery fee from their website. She said she couldnāt refund through them because they canāt do anything with door dash. I told them we didnāt use door dash, just their site. Then she said the woman in charge wasnāt there today and she didnāt know how to do a refund. I walked out and will make a separate call to Krispy Kreme for this.
The earlier incident was another morning where the staff was backed up and didnāt have any of their seasonal donuts prepped yet. They originally sent me off, unknowingly with an incomplete box and order, but I went back in when I saw the error. There was lot of customer and employee frustration in the store, leading to an employee (the same one mentioned above) snapping at customers and evening tossing different orders of donuts around on the counter (including mine).
We enjoy Krispy Kreme but this location has major issues. I would avoid it...

Ordered delivery tonight (5/13/2020) and the order was delivered by DoorDash. I was sad to discover that the Krispy Kreme store gave the driver the wrong bag, same first name, but incorrect order. It was a gift order for another Michelle. I tried 15 times to call the store to let them know my order was wrong, but they didn't pick up; I let the DoorDash driver know the order was wrong, he came back to pick up the incorrect order and take it back to the store. So far, its been an hour and I don't have my order. I fear I am out $20. Shout out to the DoorDash driver, Alex, for going out of his way to try and fix the Krispy Kreme mistake. However his efforts were a waste of time as the store refused to fix their mistake - BECAUSE I NEVER LET THEM KNOW OF THE ERROR!! Can you believe it! I tried to call the store 15 times to let them know and they didn't answer one of my calls. Wait, I will say they did pick up one of my calls, but I think they meant to pick up and then hang up, but they didn't hang up. I could hear EVERYTHING they were saying and I won't repeat some of the things I heard. I stayed on the line for close to 10 minutes, hoping someone would pick up the phone... but no... I hung up and tried to call again... I tried to call the Customer Support line, it closes at 6pm so they were no use. Looks like I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card to get...

There was a lady by the registers and I said hello could I have a cup 9f coffee and she let the other employee (ms white) know who was making and online order. She acknowledged her fellow employee and said she would be with me shortly. After about 3 minutes I said I'm only here for a cup of coffee and she said 1 moment and made another 12 count Donuts THEN SHE STARTED HER NEXT ONLINE ORDER and I said "pardon I'm here for just a cup of coffee" and she continued her online order looking at me l with disgust! And I was like can anybody get me a cup of coffee?! She said she would get the manager
The manager came out and I said I've been here for 3 miming and she doesn't seem to want to make me a cup of coffee!? What's the problem ? She then fave me the middle finger while I was explaining that I came in and watched Ms White make multiple online orders with no acknowledgement to me who was in the lobby for a cup of coffee and she basically refused to help me!!?? What is this placeI can't have a cup of coffee and if I ask what the what's up with this customer service they have no answer.
Hey Krispy Kreme can you answer this question for me??? How can I walk in and grab a cup of coffee? Or do you guys not do coffee? All I want to do is get coffee and it's unbelievable that I walk in and have to let Ms White decide whether or not she's in the mood to help a customers walk in??...
