I was there on Thursday night, right before midnight as I was walking thru the door a waitress run to the door and hold it and told me they were closed. I told her the they advertise a closing time at 2am and she replied that they were closed. I saw about 10 patrons at the bar and I told her my girlfriend needed to use the bathroom and she let us in. After the bathroom I could se that the bartenders were still serving drink to everyone and I decided to get a drink. The waitress, an African American lady came running to me and started yielding and telling me to leave and I told her she didn’t have to yield in front of all the other customers but she kept yielding and call the manager dark complex with dreads up to the shoulder he ask us to leave too and told him that they were discriminating against me and my girlfriend since others were still been served fresh drinks right then. He got upset and said he was calling the cops! I said that was fine since I didn’t do anything wrong and they were false advertising the restaurant closing time. (2am). Then a friend of this manager came aggressively towards me and my girlfriend saying he was a drug dealer and that everybody knew him at this place and order the bartenders not to serve me any drinks or food and ask me to leave and threaten us to harm us if we didn’t and the manager said nothing at all. This self proclaimed drug dealer also still had a fresh drink at the bar. At the end I decided to leave since my girlfriend was getting scare and it seemed like some of the other patrons knew the self proclaiming drug dealer and stared at us like we were some kind of decease or virus. When we were at the door the cops came and I told them what happened and that I was relief they were there since I was worry about our safety. They ask me to complain to headquarters manager the next day! Other times I went to this place they treat you like they’re doing you a favor by serving you and they never close at 2 am, they always have an excuse and reason to close earlier no matter the day. (We were...
Read moreKind of a mixed review. Have eaten here many times during different times of the day and have to say that this TGI Fridays is more good than bad. Most of the problems I have had here came not from the staff but from the weather or events they had no control over (like a cook not showing up). The food is good but they really don't have much to choose from when compared to other chains. Maybe it is because I have really started to worry a lot more about my health as I get older but it seems like the variety is lacking. Never had a problem with the staff and the restrooms have always been pretty clean. And only once was it so busy that me and a friend had to wait for a table - much of the time it is almost empty. In fact much of the time it is so empty and dark it looks closed. Addition - 10/8/2018 - Have ordered delivery a couple of times and have to say it comes out to four out of five stars. I am ten minutes away so delivery is fast and the food is warm. Of course the food never looks like the food on the menu - hamburgers and sandwiches don't travel well and always fall away. Also I feel over the years restaurants are decreasing the amount of fries we have been getting. Besides that, like I said, no change. One advantage - because I don't order a drink even with the delivery fee and tip the bill is smaller than if I ate at the TGI Friday. So in some ways eating at home is cheaper and I don't have to worry about waiting for a table. Addition - 12/17/2018 - Right - have to take out some stars for the seasoned fries I got today with my delivery. They were cold and tasted like..nothing. They didn't even taste like over-salted fries like you can get from other fast food places. It was like they collected some left-over fries from some of the dine-in folks and tossed them into the next delivery order. So they just are getting worse and worse. The driver also, while polite, almost seemed to toss the delivery at me. Not as if he was mad - it was almost like he KNEW my order was going to be a issue and fled once the...
Read moreThis is the worst Fridays location in the United States!!! Literally! Everything should change, everything should upgrade, starting from the hostess who barely talk English- and plus is rude, server that absolutely hates being there, absolutely hates all of us her customers, absolutely hates the whole world I guess- she was the winner. Greeting us after 20min of arriving, with no waters, not saying her name, literally rolling her eyes on us, coming back with our drinks 15m later, not checking on us once, I ate 3bites of my pasta she didn't even asked was there anything wrong with it( I didn't want to complain and spend another 2h there waiting for the manager-who I didn't see once on the floor I managed to use my Fridays rewards and pay for my pasta, so I gave her my phone number in order to add points and decide what I will do when the bill comes, she NEVER added points to my account, plus on my check it says that another account was used (????) I really couldn't stay there no more, so I just decided to give them a call tomorrow morning and just have a little chat with a manager on duty, and ask about my check and my points Hostesss who as I said was really rude put me on hold, and nobody ever picked up that phone call, no manager, nobody! Okey, I am maybe little bit extra frustrated bcs I am working in the industry, but still, let's be clear, it was not a busy night, the server had us and one more table, being that slow, rude, uninterested in what you're doing, and not having a manager on the floor checking everything on a night slow like that, is really unacceptable. Even for Fridays I live across the street from this location, and I'm not coming back. I wish somebody will read this, somebody from the Fridays management team, someone who cares more, someone who knows what is doing. I wish this place is better somehow..... the food is not bad, and it can be a...
