To be honest, I never tried their food , or anything but I am posting this for the worst experience I have ever seen in anywhere in my life from one of the stuff today,I work (with) doordash to deliver food,i went to the restaurant to pick up two orders, when I got there,one of the stuff asked me for the order I am picking up,I just show him the two orders,he told me one is the ready,and the other one the pizza is almost done(long story short)he gave me the one which is ready and hand me the other one,so I was waiting for the pizza,I don’t know if there’s misunderstanding,but I can tell from the way the guy talked to me ,he was very rude ,well I was waiting and then he yelled at me from a distance (hey buddy ur good to go and then approached me aggressively,I told him I thought I was waiting for the pizza ,and he was so mad ,I have no idea what’s going on with this dude,I told him if everything good ,I am pick up the both orders and go, (Take it easy )he got so mad ,and he told me that’s,he is going to give me a bad rating for saying that,I never thought of take it easy as bad words,seriously! I just canceled th both orders and moved on,life is so simple,you guys always take it easy,doordashers and Uber drivers are all independent contractors,we work with them (partners)please show some respect for hard working...

Firstly, the service was extremely slow. Two of the cashiers were rude, disgusting, and unresponsive. They need to change their attitude towards people or they shouldn't be working there at all. Despite several attempts to flag down a server, it took an unusually long time to receive any attention. Secondly, the food quality was poor. My meal arrived cold and undercooked, and the presentation was unappealing. Lastly, the atmosphere was not up to standard. The restaurant was noisy and overcrowded, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal.
I would like to request that corrective actions be taken to improve the quality of customers' service and food at your establishment. I suggest that staff training be provided to improve the responsiveness of the servers, and that the kitchen staff be more diligent in ensuring that the food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an appealing manner. Read more10/05/23 - Update: I rarely go here anymore because quality and service are hit or miss. They've now raised their prices and instead of $9.95 for the sub it's now $10.95. I can't justify that kind of expense and when you think that it's $11 for a sandwich that just has very little filling so not worth it. I also am so dang tired of these places forcing you to tip when you're ordering before you even get your food. I'm done. Another evening where I'm standing there ready to order and 3 people behind the counter who can't bother to acknowedge you and finally had to ask if someone was ever going to take my order. The food is decent but the people behind the counter are in need of some serious training where you're acknowledged and they're ready to take your order.
