The manager on duty today 7/22/24 (shaky looking guy with the glasses) and what seems like everyday is weird as hll. I come here often to get wings and I get double fries because most of the time only about 5 of them are edible. Several times I’ve gotten them and they’ve had zero seasoning on them so they’d be unseasoned on top of being chewy like they’re undercooked. So i ask for extra seasoning so I can get at least a few fries out of the double order that taste like something. I mainly come for the wings anyway. The other day I came in for the usual and this weirdo took the order at which time I repeated my request so I know he heard me. I get to the window and he’s looking weird and constipated in the face like I offended him. Handed me my food without the receipt and lurked in the window like he was waiting for a problem. I should have checked my food then because he was looking at me extra weird. I pull off to go eat and of course my fries are nasty with no seasoning on them at all. I just eat the chicken like I always do and carry on. I’ve only said one thing out of the norm to this guy before because he handed the person in front of me the wrong food and when he handed me mine it wasn’t closed properly so I asked him politely if he’d just handed that to the other guy. He said no and I said sorry I hope you understand why I asked. He said it was all good. So not even when he hands me a whole triflin meal the other day when I was here( one of the wings was only a partial wing and like I said zero seasoning on the fries) on top of him being a weirdo in the window did I make a fuss. Today I made sure to look at my fries before I pulled off and they looked barely seasoned so I asked if I could get a little more seasoning and he said no. I said why it’s never been a problem before and he said he knew but this time he was “not gone do it”. He said it like I was offending him for even asking so I was shocked and asked why he said because they’ll run out of seasoning. I’m trying to figure out why you sell fries you can’t afford to season but I just tell him he shouldn’t have taken my money if he knew he wasn’t going to give me what I asked for and drive off because it was too hot out to play whatever weird game he wanted to play. What in the world kind of drama is that to start on a Monday? Since I know he’s back there playing games I definitely don’t want to chance him messing with my food again. A simple we can’t do extra seasoning when taking my order would have stopped all that. Y’all need to go back to whoever was manager before this guy. The wings even had more taste to them and they were never greasy which is why I traveled pass my local store to come here. Now the grease sits on your stomach. I thought it was a fluke but it’s been the last 3 visits. Never had to ask for more seasoning or hotsauce and never felt like I wasted my money before. The people in the window were friendlier. And that’s no slight to whoever else usually works the window cause everyone else around him seems to be cool. Its just every time I come in the last several months it’s his big constipated face in the window. Sucks cause this was my...
Read moreYou have to be kidding me! Mr. Kessler (the owner) needs to teach his son about customer service. This entitled boy became very rude because we called about our order not being correct. When I told him that he didn't have address me the way he was, he proceeded to tell me that he was the owner's son and that he can address me anyway that he pleases...WOW. To make a long story short, my husband went to the store to return the food. He was outside on the phone. My husband walked by and into the store for a pleasant transaction with the manager (simple return). We thank her, by the way. This boy walks into the store attempting to get a rise out of a grown man, and said to my husband that he must be the one that cussed him out on the phone. (This must be the lie that he told daddy on the phone to justify his poor behavior). This boy continued to tell my husband that he was not welcomed at HIS establishment and if he didnt leave that he was calling the police. First of all, no one addressed him and the manager was handling everything just fine. My husband told him that he must have him confused with someone else because he spoke with the manager and the young lady completing the transaction acknowledged that it was her. My husband continued to explain that the boy spoke with me. My husband contined to tell him that if we erred we would have owned it. It wasn't until he disrespected me that he decided to return the food. He also dispelled his lie by saying that he was standing right there when I was on the phone and no swear words ever came out of my mouth. By the time the boy said that he needed to leave or the police were going to be called, the lady completed the return and my husband said that was fine. (We don't argue with children in our house) He was here to get his money and that the boy could do whatever he felt he needed to and left. As he was walking out of the store, the boy said to go make some money with that. This was unnecessary, just like the whole interaction.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Previous reviews mentioned rude employees, and they were accurate. May not happened to everyone, but this establishment clearly doesn't value their...
Read moreWorst Bojangles I’ve ever been to!!!!! The main order taker/lady serving at the window, had a nasty attitude with me because I wanted to place a second order with the AI but did not know that I couldn’t. When I got to the window for my order no one greeted us but continued to walk past the window and look at us, highly rude. When she came to the window she didn’t say anything, I just gave her my card and she proceed to hand me my drinks with no receipt, mind you one of the drinks were incorrect. She left again and then came back to give me my food and that’s when I proceeded to ask for my receipt. The lady popped her neck at me and said what, I asked for my receipt again and she then gave me the wrong receipt which is just the cashier confirmation receipt for the store, she proceed to walk away again and i had to sit for another minute and wait for someone else to come and had to ask for the itemized receipt, the other worker gave me it but the original worker had an attitude in the back, saying I already gave her receipt and continued to look at me through the window until I pulled off.
If you don’t wanna come to work then don’t but don’t bring your nasty attitude to work with you, were you are expected to have kind customer service, at least act like you wanna be there. No one did anything to you, so either quit and don’t come in or come and actually do your job and service people like a human being!!!
From the sound of these other reviews, the place should have been shut down or looked into with these nasty employees!!!!!!
And just to finish it the...
