Starbucks — Restaurant in Virginia

Early this morning I visited this location I was in line but then I stepped out to let another customer go as I was undecided at the moment. I then stepped forward told the barista my order and he stepped away. I thought he heard my order and was going to make it then pay since he was the only barista. He literally walked away after I said the size and drink. He made the previous customers drink and I waited for about 7 min before asking me “did I want to order?.” He claimed I never said I wanted anything. Went into Starbucks to meet some friends for coffee in the evening. I ordered decaf coffee and was told they do not serve decaf. WHAT? Its the biggest coffee place there is. Apparently they don't sell enough to make a whole pot. Well make a 1/4 of a pot. Then make another one. Also my friend ask if their hot chocolate was gluten free and the girl said "I don't know". I really enjoy the service here and they’re all great workers! Usually I go in the mornings and I would like for them to open at the time it says on Google, which is 8am. Not 40 minutes after 8, it ruins my schedule, especially when I wake up early to grab a coffee quickly and go into work at 8:30am. It’s disappointing.
