I was headed out of town, but stopped at this Subway because it was nearby a store that I had to pick up something from. I ordered on the app and included a small tip. I went in to pick my order up and there were two ladies working. The lady that was making the food looked up with the food in her hand and said have you been here before? I said no and she just turned back away and continued to make the sandwiches. The other lady was standing near the register and I looked up on the board and saw the new long cookie for five dollars so I asked if they had those and she said yes. She asked me how many I wanted and she went and got one and handed it to me and she said it was hot and I inserted my card and paid and that was over. I got the two sandwiches and I said thank you and I left. I think that the Lady that was making the sandwiches was upset because the tip was not bigger, but tips are optional and so I gave what I wanted to give. When I open my sandwich and my husband opened his sandwich, to our surprise they were both ice cold. They were supposed to be steak and cheese toasted, but she left them ice cold like the meat had just come out of a fridge or off ice, so we had to warm the sandwiches ourselves which of course was an inconvenience cause as I said we were headed out of town. I also looked at my receipt for the cookie that I bought when I was in the store, the lady that rung me up for the cookie decided to give herself a tip. For the one cookie she gave herself a 20% tip. She didn’t ask me if I wanted to tip her I had not plan on tipping for her just handing me the cookie, but she chose to give herself a tip and did not mention anything to me so needless to say that atmosphere was bad. The food was not made properly and the attitudes of the workers were horrible. Hopefully someone from Subway will see this review and maybe have a talk with these ladies because they are really running customers away with...
Read moreGod awful service from what I assume might be the owner? I came to pick up a platter order for my office that I had placed online. When I got there, she asked if I was picking up and I said yes and then told her the name. She claimed they didn’t have anything by that name. I go to pull up the receipt/confirmation and show her and she refuses to look at it and keeps insisting they don’t have it. She then shooed me with her hands and proceeded to ignore me while talking with another customer. I asked again if she can look at the receipt and the code to see if it’s under a different name or something and she just keeps saying they don’t have it without looking and being extremely dismissive and without trying to help find a solution. She wasn’t offering to remake it or double check to see if it got placed or create a new order. It wasn’t until I told her that it was a platter specifically that she realized they did have it. She also never asked during the entire interaction what I had ordered or let me show her. This is seriously the worst customer service I think I’ve ever received. Terrible attitude that honestly started the minute I walked in. Side note - there was a new employee that was on her first day there who was friendly, apologetic and attempted to help!...

A purchase was made and we went to our car to eat due to the ants crawling on the wall that was noticed after we made our purchase. The soft drinks were disgusting and tasted like soap. Their toaster was obviously not working since our sandwiches were cold. After such a disappointing meal experience (we did eat some of the food), we went back into the establishment, went to the counter to make some much needed comments and asked for a refund. Their response was "since you ate most of the meal and everyone else is drinking the same think, we can't refund anything. When asked for a manager, they said they didn't have one and pointed to the number on the receipt to call. Made the call when we got home and received the same response. I will take this much higher. It's not the money at this point, it's the principle and they way this place treats their (one time only) customer. Will never go back to this place. They definitely are giving...
