I had to return three times before they were able to make what my wife wanted. I shared with them the correct name and the image from their own online menu. It could not have been any more clear she wanted a CARAMEL APPLE SPICE. But they first made her a cold drink with ice. Then they made her a warm coffee. Finally in total exasperation I leaned on the counter and responded to the question "did we not get the order right?" with a "it's warm apple cider, you [REDACTED]."
One reason to avoid this Starbucks is that they are not good coffee professionals, but an even better reason is that they are not good people. At no time did any of them offer any apology or compensation. No gift card. No refund. They seemed genuinely irritated and bitter with me throughout this crisis of comprehension.
I also overheard them trying to manage another complainant, who refused to leave until he spoke to a manager. He was convinced there was a manager on the premises because he had been told by that manager herself that she would be there that day. But the barista insisted no manager was scheduled to be there for another few days. I don’t know which is worse: a manager who hides from her customers or one who is never there to manage the store.

Read moreI gave two stars which would have been one star if it wasn’t for the convenience of the location in proximity to where I live. I’ll keep this review short and simple. The staff has very poor customer service and bad attitudes. In addition, each time I go my drink is poorly made and taste like someone tried to make copy cat Starbucks in their kitchen. I truly suggest that the current staff all go through thorough customer service training and adjust their attitudes. You never know what a customer is going through that you mistreated when they simply wanted to purchase coffee. There have been plenty of times I did not want to go to work, or felt I disliked my job but I still treated the customers with respect because whatever I am aggravated by is not their fault.
