Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

Restaurant was messy, no one was wearing their mask correctly, they drenched my sandwich and saw us even though I repeatedly and clearly and loudly while holding up my mask said "light sweet onion sauce". maybe they were having trouble hearing me because I couldn't hear my own music in my headphones over the speaker system that was playing music loudly at the register. I actually tried to get drinks twice and they just kept saying what? And I said never mind.

While I was there somebody from a Burger King jacket just walked back behind the counter and hung out talking to people that didn't seem to be wearing Subway shirts, although the Burger King jacket guy was the only person who was actually wearing his mask correctly, so I can't decide if I want him to be an employee or not.

In general they had trouble following simple directions, but they may have just been unable to even hear them in the first place, they could not follow health and safety precautions, and if I hadn't already been there with any alternative option inside of 15 minutes, I would have gone to a...

Feb29 8pm, Very bad customer service, they charge me almost 10$ extra after I went home and find out I came back they were closing they said that they don't know how to give the money back because they don't have access to the cashier, i ask if they can give it to me cash since when I first walked in they were counting the cashier's money they could just gave me my money back but they choose not to so they won't be short money, and ask me to come back again tomorrow to get my money back , and when I ask for a note from them to show it to their manager the next day. Hands down the best service I have ever received at a subway franchise was here in Stephen city. The store is open 24 hours which is extremely convenient for travelers of the night(such as I). Evrrything was clean and up to date. Our server was named Raj, I saw him wash his hands about four times during our 30 minute visit(yay for cleanliness!!). He was very quick an accurate with our order all while wearing a friendly smile and making it look exceptionally appetizing.
