Sooooo. We spent 17 minutes waiting in the drive thru while the trainee helped at the counter. He was reminded several times to finish the drive thru order but he kept talking to people coming into the store. Someone else finally helped him finish our 2 Frappucinos. They weren't even really busy inside but the college kids were talking and laughing at the counter. We got 1 free coffee card for up to $4 off. My friend got nothing for his lost time. I'd have left but had already paid. The lack of communication inside among staff was appalling. The window was open so we could hear them. Different people giving conflicting directions. 17 minutes.
