I have ordered here several times & considering my experience yesterday, I'm not going back to that location if it is the last one on earth! I've wasted so much money on drinks that were nothing like what I ordered. Yesterday, I placed a drive thru order & I was handed an iced drink in which I then stated it was supposed to be a frappé. The cashier said the brown sugar oatmilk can't be made into a frappe... that it didn't exist. SMH. I ordered the same drink at various locations & I've never had any problems. It's a coffee frappe, then add in the flavored syrup! If you aren't sure, dont just change the drink and not say nothing to the customer! I had stated I wanted it more sweet than anything and even paid for an extra flavor shot when I ordered. Anywho, the cashier (clearly frustrated) took the drink back from me & gave it to another worker who then took the drink and poured it into the blender, added ice, and whipped cream on top. I didn't mind that, obviously thinking it would taste the same, just a different form, right? WRONG! It tasted like Chewbaccas butt Crack. I swear it was absolutely horrible! If i receive ANY order that's incorrect, I usually just take it as is, but I couldn't with this drink. I've never had a drink taste as bad as that one did! How can you mess up that bad? Geez. Read moreHugely disappointed for Starbucks. I have been to this location around lunch time three times and continually been out of stock of the spinach and feta egg wraps. No other problems with other locations. I asked to speak to the manager on the third attempt and apparently manager did not have time to speak to me. What's happened to Starbucks customer service? The Frontline Associates were very nice but shouldn't management be concerned? I just talked to an associate manager at another store who said that with newer stores, they are still trying to figure out inventory to have in stock but now also inventory is being controlled by corporate. Doesn't look promising for your favorite items to be in stock. Also, they are apparently having staffing issues at the warehouse. Maybe taking a slight loss by ordering a bit extra is worth the Loyalty of each customer! Things will level out and sales will eventually be in their favor. Starbucks is a big Corporation and can handle some losses. I am certainly patient but when a manager does not have time to talk to a customer who's trying to be loyal, that sets a very bad precedence! Definitely will not be returning and will let others know that they may receive the same fate! Shame...
Read moreThey made my drink and didn’t put it at the pick up counter for some reason and so it was sitting behind the counter for a while melting. When I told them I was picking up the girl looked at me like I was crazy. I then explained that I got extra cold foam in my drink and that usually there is more cold foam in it. She replied that looks like extra cold foam to me but I can make another one if you want. I wouldn’t be saying anything unless I wanted you to make it again because this isn’t my order. If i’m unhappy with the order it’s for a reason and I explained why. I don’t really appreciate it when you order the same drink everyday and you know what it’s supposed to look like but the barista thinks they know better and respond that way to a customer saying they are unhappy with their drink. I know the way MY drink is made I pay $6 to have it made exactly how I want it . This isn’t the first time they have had an attitude with me or made me wait forever for my online pick up order, I will not be coming back. Always poor customer service I tried calling they don’t pick up their phone and I don’t feel welcome when I walk in and that’s unfortunate because it’s actually a decent...
