7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Midlothian

The traffic issue is an obvious but my whole experience was horrible. My mom and I came to get 2 large coffees and a pup cup. I don’t like how the people that take the orders don’t ask what kind of milk and caffeine level you need. As someone with a disability and often can’t remember things, it’s much appreciated when places thoroughly go through my order with me. I need decaf and almond milk but forgot to let them know. So, I ended up getting a large regular coffee and that could’ve been really bad. When we got up to the window to get our drinks I tried to make corrections with the girl at the window. They had the music so damn loud that she couldn’t hear me! I ended up getting a full refund because the whole experience was just too much. I hate that the people stand around and try to get you to squeeze really close to the next car. That’s hazardous and a liability. Anything could happen and then you have an accident in that small space. That’s dumb to do. They were also giving out free t-shirts and said they couldn’t give a green and black shirt, the ones we wanted… they had plenty. We’ll just continue to go to the Midlo/Courthouse location. Avoid if you want an attitude with your morning cup of coffee with a side of work place drama and no customer service! From Emma!

Really preferred this location over the midlo one by the mall. My favorite is the original location on midlo but it’s 23 minutes away.

As of lately this stand is just as bad if not worse than the one by the mall.

The girl Emma is extremely rude talks about work drama instead of greeting you …gives an attitude when I asked her to stir my drink and then it didn’t taste right so I asked for a remake and she poked out those awful looking over done lips and gave me an attitude.

Emma is ruining your stand with drama gossiping about employees and bad attitude with customers.

new to 7brew and visited for the first time on tuesday. it was so good i had to come back on saturday! the service is exceptional! even through all the chaos and tons of cars the staff is still friendly and helpful throughout. the line was fed into two separate parking lots and i still got out with my drink in under 20 minutes. it puts starbucks and chik fil a to shame honestly. the people directing the traffic were on top of it making sure everything moved quickly, the girl who took my order was quick, kind, and funny despite the wave of people. thank you to everyone including the baristas inside who make such incredible drinks, you may not be seen but you are greatly...
