Absolute mess. First guy we talked to asked how we were, was doing a great job. Finished taking the first part of our order just to tell us to hold on a minute, gets replaced by a nasty rude older woman employee who rushes us through the rest of our order saying "anything else? okay then continue saying your order" come to find out the woman who replaced the nice young man who was IN TRAINING, was the manager of the store. I work as a manager in fast food as well, i understand the stress of having to train new employees, but you should NEVER take it out on the customers. Never not once did she apologize for the way she was talking to us or apologize for the inconvenience of not having an item anymore even though it says NEW on the menu screen. When we pulled up to pay, the young lady with a blonde braided pony tail also had a gross attitude. My father was trying to give props to the woman from before as a nice gesture saying she must have worked there a while because of how quickly she took our order and knew things about the menu even though what we were looking at was wrong (we rarely get mad and leave reviews but this was just outrageous) and the young woman said "thats our manager shes training tonight" she hands us a drink, we had a big order so we had asked for a drink carrier. Recieved an eye roll for that. After getting our drinks she handed us a big bag of food and proceeded to SLAM the drive thru window shut, not saying thank you or have a good night none of the GOOD customer service lines. My dad honked his horn to get her attention just so WE could tell THEM thank you and have a goodnight. Once getting home and inspecting our order, they misplaced a chipotle ranch chicken burrito with a doritos locos tacos and it looked like it does below. Absolutely disgusting and not appealing whatsoever, ended up eating my dads fries at least those were okay. Its just crazy cause the young man who was being trained tonight had better customer service than the manager. Hopefully he makes his way up...
Read moreUnder staffed and the kids working in there laughing about everything. Sat in line for almost an hour. Just know that the dining room is closed. Placed an online order for in store pickup. When we arrive the dining room is locked nothing on the dorr to indicate this. So I called was informed to wait in line with the drive thru. Ok so I did but then noticed several people going to the door and getting there food. So after 30 minutes waiting in line I got and went to the door to see if I could get my order and was told they would get it. After waiting another 15 minutes I knocked on the door and watched the 2 kids just stand there doing nothing. At this time I would of canceled my order but there is no way to cancel an online order. So we then get back into the drive thru wait and wait finally at the speaker told to wait and now no one is even at the window. 5 minutes waiting at the speaker and no response. Again order was placed online I pulled up to the window and told them my name and that I placed an online order. They then the kids again tell me they don't have my order and that I would have to go back through the line. I put my car in park and say no. Finally the manager comes to the window I tell her my name and she goes oh we have your order right here. 😡🤨🤦♂️ the whole time this is going on the 2 kids are laughing. Don't go to this taco he'll they are rude and think everything is a joke. Get your s@#t together guys and stop hiring these under age kids that have no respect. Also need to put a cancelation on the app. Will never go here again and this was a first impression of this...
Read more#STORYTIME - Placed an online pick up order. We told them we didn’t have cheese sauce for our chips, and a worker decided to argue that it was definitely in the bag and we weren’t looking hard enough. They gave us the sauce, but rushed us out the drive thru before we could check the rest of the order. Pulled into their parking lot and checked to find FOUR MORE ITEMS MISSING. We pulled back around, waited in line, and told them the four items missing. They gave us a bag, and we again pulled into the parking lot to check since they again rushed us out of the drive thru. We were still missing two of the four items. Pulled back through, waited in line a third time and when we pulled up to the window, the worker rudely shouted “IT’S THE SAME CAR!” as if we were inconveniencing her. She called the manager over to deal with us and didn’t even bother addressing us. The whole Taco Bell team was gathered around at this point to watch, because I guess they would rather do anything else but their job. We told the manager the two items that were missing and explained the situation. She asked for the receipt. They wanted to see all of our bags. They made us feel like we were doing something wrong as they all inspected our bags of food. I told the manager I would gladly pay for the items AGAIN, I just wanted my food and to get home. She said no, and walked away. We proceeded to wait a full five minutes. They finally returned with the full order. We made it home and ate our food, which was all cold except for the final two...
