Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

One of the Subway restaurants really puts the sandwich together as they should while other franchise owners want to reduce the amount of vegetables I want on my sub I'm a vegan this is what I look for the most I can get on a sub vegetables and they're missing eggplant fresh basil leaf fresh oregano leaf they've got spinach leave but not the others a real tomato not that sweet tomatoes I'd also like to see some tomatillos sliced and ready to go the weirdest thing when you get to the subway most all the people ask me if I want cheese cheese for vegan is absurd and when they put the vinaigrette on they put too much on one stroke in the hand across the top of the sandwich on top of the vegetables is good enough I want to taste the vinaigrette I want to taste the vegetables but I do not want to drown it in vinaigrette a nice California vinaigrette that is made properly as fat free and taste amazing is when you're going to the one in Rustburg Virginia you get the right amount of vegetables I noticed when I stopped at the other locations I did not get the right amount of vegetables you can't charge the customer more just because you're not buying Meats nor the same price since the vegetables are cheaper then Meats you're getting cheese on a vegan sandwich you're not a vegan Dairy is excluded completely from the vegan diet this is the difference Trader Joe's in California says that they have cheese that's vegan this is why they call him Trader Joe because he sells cheese and claims to be a vegan in order for dairy products to be unaffected as I should have been before the enclosures and Farms or all the animals are so close together passing excrement on the each other this is what you're eating and the vaccinations from the veterinarians which will cause you to become sick quicker from cold and flu viruses you go to the doctor's office you have to get amoxicillin instead of the normal cold medicine because of cold and flu virus is constantly changing then it takes a stronger penicillin form to help get rid of the cold it will not cure it this is if it's in your religious beliefs in the Christian faith people I've seen would not take any medicines because of their religious beliefs and this isn't several different churches believing that it would defile their body ruin their Temple trust I'm not a fan of taking medicines all of the severe side effects say someone says that you're depressed or schizophrenic or any other kind of illness you take those pills and all of a sudden you a schizophrenic go to press or both and you just got worse then the doctors want to force a higher dosage all the while you're still having the ill effects from these medicines and they really haven't cured anything so the best thing to do is to eat your vegetables all your vitamins maintain a healthy diet for me is all vegetables fresh cut uncooked and some prepared meals I noticed this and several different Subway locations that they either put the right amount on or they don't like I said just like my last visit to Domino's they wanted to put cheese on a Pacific Coast Pizza it does not include Pizza you can't have vegetables and dairy on the same thing and call it a Pacific Coast Pizza the Pacific Coast Pizza is for vegans not for those who choose do not eat their vegetables and I noticed when I got up to return the pizza to get them to make it the right way without cheese I know this because I have worked in California and talk to a lot of different people making investments in vegan restaurants if you're going to put cheese on it they orders wrong in order to fix it why not add an extra vegetable instead of giving two vegetables and then taking Domino's Appomattox they still didn't want to give me an extra vegetable they wanted to remove the cheese and then still keep to vegetables and the sauce on it not giving me an...

Honestly, for THIS location, a three star review is generous. Subway always has good quality food, but this specific subway is a complete hit or miss and it’s usually a miss. I go into this subway regularly and when it’s a hit - it’s great. The staff is super friendly, they’re fast and clean. However, the bad experiences stopped me from going to this location for some time. I’ve had employees that are just plain rude. I had a girl that when they were out of the soup I asked for just give me a different soup in hopes that I wouldn’t notice. That same day, in the checkout line, my sub was somehow mixed up with another woman’s sub in line behind me. I’ve walked in, had employees look at me but not give me any acknowledgement, walk away, and come back quite some time later. (I work in food service. I get if you’re busy doing something in the back and need a moment, but acknowledge your customers.) I’ve walked in and the entire restaurant is empty, but every last table is dirty and the employees are just standing around. I stopped going to this location for about three months due to these issues, rather taking the drive to Wards Road instead.

My most recent experience was in the last week and has been positive and that’s why I choose to give this three stars instead of lower. The restaurant was clean. I stopped there today to pick up lunch for my mom. there was a young girl at the counter refilling all the food bins. She NEVER acknowledged that I was there, so I spoke to her 1st. No Response!!!!! there was another lady there putting bread in the oven. She looked right at me and NEVER spoke. I just stood there to see actually how long it was going to take for me to get waited on. Mind you... I was the ONLY customer in the store. I turned around & actually picked up 2 bags of chips and continued to stand there. At this point, 5min had gone by. I politely turned around, put the chips back & walked out. no one ever bothered to stop me or come outside to ask if there was a problem. Another lady had pulled up when I was in my vehicle.
